We stayed 2 nites. The hotel is 10 mins by cab from the train station. The room is large with nice city view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory - don't go too late, though. We'd to check out very early on the 2nd day to catch the train to Beijing. So hotel packed a big bag of breakfast items for each of us and we really enjoyed it onboard the train.

Traveled for business in September 2017 on my first ever trip to Ulaanbatar and only stayed here as the seminar I was attending was in this hotel. The hotel is fairly basic and to some extent looked worn down. The room was spacious, however the decor and amenities were basic. It was cold weather, especially at night, but I couldn't get the room heater on despite several attempts on my own. The conference room facilities in one of the smaller rooms were also basic. Location is not very central, but then the city is not very large so getting around wasn't much of a problem. Breakfast spread was very limited, so not much to write about it.
I hope the owners are able to upgrade/renovate the rooms.

Was checked in on a business trip and was delighted by the spacious size of the rooms, the simplistic yet classy interiors. The hotel staff were warm and hospitable and in spite of some language barriers met most of my requests. The morning room service breakfast was cold though, but the food at the restaurant was excellent!
The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and courteous...and the view from my room was exquisite...looking out to the glittering city line across the Mahatma Gandhi Road.
The AC in the room was problematic as it was on auto heating mode and with low temperatures outside, it made the room so warm that I was sweating. Actually slept with the windows open, to let in the -4 degrees in!
All in all it was a memorable stay!

Disappointing especially the food and service.It has a long way to go but with foreigners hired to run food and beverage hospitality service unknown to mongolians may come alive.High price and possible any cafe will serve better food.Strongly suggest you look elsewhere -and plenty around-cheaper and better.

I have just stayed here. Never again, it actually put me off ever visiting this city again. When I arrived they put me in a room and as I walked in , I saw all the dusty furniture was upside down on the bed - it had obviously been cleaned and they put all the dusty furniture on the bed when they clean. The porter turned it over leaving me with a then dirty bed to sleep on! Then I spotted a half drunk bottle of coke in the room which was quickly removed. The next day after I returned the room had been cleaned but the cleaner this time left her walker talkie in the room blaring out so I had to go out and find her to return it. The room also stunk of smoke that was all over the sheets too and the window wide open ever day to presumably get the smoke out but made the room freezing! There was a gown done days but not others and blood stains on the towels. The room service has basically no food on it and the breakfast tables were covered with dirty dishes so I had no where to sit.

I visited to attend a ballet performance and there was also a large event going on. The facilities are nice and well laid out. Staff was attentive (except in the hotel restaurant). My only complaint was that it was not clearly marked where to go in for the ballet side. As a newcomer, I had to ask for directions.

I stayed in this Hotel for 6 nights. The room was large but the housekeeping was pathetic. I had call housekeeping repeatedly to change my towels, toiletries etc. The food from their bakery was good. Internet was excellent and I had no problem. The Hotel is located bit away from the main city square and it took a 20 min taxi ride each time I had to go to the main city square. Overall good value for money except if they could improve their service!

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff at the counter and the ones you meet are friendly and courteous. It is a probably a bit far from the city centre (i.e. the main square) but I was attending a event at the convention centre so that was not an issue for me.
The food options for breakfast was just ok for me. I like the fact that the hotel provide free transport to the airport. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

The king rooms are large and well appointed, and the service is really great. I made changes to my booking by phone and email and everyone I worked with helped me out and spoke excellent English. We enjoyed the breakfast, and also chose to have a drink while enjoying the view from the bar upstairs, and then had Chinese food in the restaurant from their extensive menu.
We enjoyed all of he entrees of sweet sour chicken, cold noodles, broccoli and beef and rice and had leftovers for the next day's lunch.
This hotel is in a convenient location, you can walk downtown or nearby to shop. They also provide a free taxi to or from the airport which is a convenient and money saving convenience.

The hotel is modern and clean. Rooms are very spacious, and with a super king size bed. My room has a good view of the surrounding mountains on one side and a urban construction site on the other. Somehow I felt cold draught taking the shower in the huge bright bathroom. There was no bathroom mat to dry my feet after the shower, which took some getting used to.
Breakfast is decent, and so is the wifi.
The hotel is about 2 km away from the city where I had most of my business meetings. Traffic was quite bad both ways. If I come again to Ulaanbaatar again for business, I will try to get another hotel closer to the city centre, though I was told that I would probably end up with a older hotel with smaller rooms for the same price.
