Very clean air and great atmosphere . There were cows, horses, squirrels and a friendly dog welcome us. Staffs could speak a little bit in English. I stayed for one night. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Dinner did not included so a bit expensive. No restaurant and no market around as in ads.
Toilet and shower room are far from Ger camp.

We travelled 7 weeks in Mongolia and started after Ulaanbaatar in My Mongolia Eco Ger Camp in Terelj, where we also stayed the last night. After so many nights in other Ger Camps during the 7 weeks, it is still our number ONE. Very nice, clean and authentic interior, very quiet place and the nicest people to help you, and not only with excellent food. Should we say more to convince others?

We booked this Ger through booking.com, and also booked a car to pick us up in Ulaanbaatar and send us off to the airport after the stay. The drive was a little over one hour to get there.. the road can be bumpy at some places as there is not normal roads inside the national park. The driver was a smooth driver and we were happy that the camp offer this pickup service. We stayed from Friday to Sunday in late August. I wish we could have stayed much longer. On arrival we were met by a friendly gentleman who took us to our Ger. We had a two bed Ger. It was extremely cozy and nice. There was also electricity in the tent. There was a fire stove in the middle of the tent that kept us warm during night. They came to lid up the fire around dinner time.
The camp had around 10 gers but only 3 were occupied while we were there.
The people running this place is super nice but with no English at all. This was no problem as we managed to communicate somehow.
The restaurant is very big and cozy and they provide a breakfast buffet included in the price of the tent. The buffet was westernized with toasted bread, fried egg, cereals, cheese, jam some vegetables and instant coffee.. there is also a Nespresso coffee machine that can be used but it is charged for. They have a menu with a variety of dishes and they liked us to book the meal in advance. They had prepared an English menu. We could also choose the time we anted to have our meal according to our hiking trips during day. And we would come to a served table. My favorite food was the homemade noodles with beef. The beef soup with pancake was also very good as well as their potato salad. We were served hot water to every meal. In the bar they had Coca Cola, Mongolian beer and some white wine as well. They also sold chips and snickers bar chocolate.
The toilet facilities was very clean and pleasant, always with toilet paper. There were also hot water in the mornings.
The camp can help you book guided trips to surrounding hot spots as well as horse riding. But they did not polish any activities on us.
There was no wifi or mobile signal with my Chinese SIM card at the camp. But it was in a was refreshing to be offline for almost two days.
We went hiking both in the morning and afternoon and found amazing surroundings . We just walked with no actual plan over the fields and up the mountain tops. We could actually get mobile signal on the top of the mountains so that was also a motivation to walk.
The second morning when I woke up around sunrise I got to see a hot air balloon not so far from our camp.
The weather was amazing with blue sky the whole weekend. The temperature was a bit up and down between 6 and 16 degrees during the day. I hope to come back here again as I found this place super charming. Would highly recommend this place if you wanna stay at a camp that is in the middle of nature surrounded by mountains and at the same time close to the capital.

The camp is off the main road somewhat which gives the impression of being more in the wilderness than some of the other camps closer to the road which I considered to be an advantage.

The gers were nice, not the best gers on my trip though, although they were the most expensive. When I arrived my Ger wasn't ready and I was first put in a 4 person ger. I found this particular ger to be a little grubby with chewing gum on the bedhead, but in the afternoon was moved to my two bed ger, which was cleaner - Although they didn't make the beds up for me.

I had read on other reviews that the bathrooms were immaculately clean and this was the case, they were cleaned often and were spotless. Very happy with that.

Setting was lovely, green hills all around and far away from any other camps or roads to this meant it was always peaceful.

I rode the horses at the camp for a very reasonable 5 Euros per hour and had a great time doing so. However, the other tours offered by the camp, to the Genggis Khan statue and Turtle Rock etc seemed very overpriced, luckily we had our own car. If I had not have brought the car with me my trip would have been very limited as the camp is not in walking distance of anywhere and a 6 hour horse ride away to Turtle Rock. That would have left me only to choose from the expensive activities on offer. Another plus of having the car was for one afternoon, the kitchen was down and there was no alternatives close by if you didn't have your own set of wheels.

One more negative was the phone signal, not the camps fault but be aware if you have important calls to make as there is no WiFi and phone service was choppy at best but pretty much non existent in that area.

If I was staying here again bringing the car with me would be essential.

About 50 Km out of the capital, our provided (free) transport took us safely into the national park and to the camp of about 10 gers each one sleeping up to 5 people.
Being prepared for having no en suite facilities we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the ablution block not too far away. The meals are ample and varied and the staff were friendly and most helpful. We were independent travellers so enjoyed the good walks and views in the vicinity.

The ger was comfortable with a stove fire lit for us at night and early morning to keep warm. The toilet/shower block was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Staff were fantastic, helpful and hospitable. Arrangements getting to and from the ger camp were all taken care of by the owner, Ganbold, and were perfect. The manager at the camp was a lovely lady who took care of us and cooked our meals for the three nights and four days we were in the National Park. FABULOUS!

Totally recommend this place. I stayed there for a night with a group of four people and only wish it was a longer stay. They suggested and organized a few activities (like hiking, horse ridding, etc) which made the stay memorable. We had a very friendly translator with us most of the time. We took all our meals there, which weren't expensive and were tasty. The gers were very cosy and the staff kept them quite warm.
There were toilets with showers available and the entire place was clean.

The yurt was clean. The owner entertained very well. The breakfast was really great.
Except one staff who does the fire in our yurt, seems she is not happy doing it, because after she do the fire thing, she slammed the door when she leave that makes me surprised.

We organised collection from UB which was the easiest way (though quite pricey). Our Ger was beautiful and comfortable and we were even able to cook on our stove. There was also very tasty vegetarian food available. There are lovely walks in every direction and also riding. It was a real highlight of our trip and we wished we could have stayed more than 1 night (though even 1 night is great experience)
