All my dress shirts that I hung in the closet disappeared. I asked the hotel staff and they were keep saying that no one would steal something from customers and their housekeepers are well managed. I did not get my shirts back in the end and they did not compensate me in any way. Do not use the hotel, not trustworthy and not professional at all. I am actually glad shirts were the only things that got stolen.

Booked by our tour company, Amicus of UB, we had to accept their description it being 4 star and maybe stacked up against other hotels in this price range that was truthful. Be advised that it is necessary to look at your room before accepting it at check in. Make sure the A/C is working as is the quirky control system for lights and cooling and it is a non smoking room if that's your preference That being said, the rooms are attractive as is the hotel and the bathrooms well equipped and clean. The beds are super comfortable The staff is very accommodating and will try to solve any problem. The hotel is a good 25 minute walk to the city center, not a problem for us since we are adventuresome and enjoy strolling through new places.

During our stay, the aircon is not functioning well. Seems like it's on fan mode all the time. Room is stuffy and we need to open the windows. Breakfast selection can be improved with more fresh fruits.

The hotel is situated on the highest floors of an office building, about two kilometers from the central part of the city, in an area not recommended for walking. Despite the appearance of a luxury hotel, several features make it limited. The room, huge, has no outlet in the bathroom. The air conditioner does not work properly, even with interference from an employee. The breakfast has very little variety of breads, cheeses and fruits. The staff are very cordial, but speak little English.

Nice rooms ,clean, and quite newly built. But quality is below par, very poorly put together doorframes for example, leaking watertaps, and the main problem on our first stay: air condition/ventilation system defect - so we had a horribly hot night!! And from one of the ventilation/fan outlets leakage so the clothes for the following morning were all wet - not so humorous as we got up at 04.15. And because of early morning flights (twice )we had ordered take-away breakfast - dreadful! Insulation(sound) not good at all. Reception: only very basic English, hardly even that - wasn't at all easy to communicate. So not very satisfied

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Stayed here one night at the start of my desert tour. Arrived and there was no hot water to take a shower after 25 hours of travel. I wish the front desk would have told me before I got up to my room, stood in the shower and a blast of water water sprayed me. If they had warned me perhaps my review would be a bit different. 8 hours later the water came on. I understand it was a city issue and not the hotel's I just wish they would have told me upon check it. Also construction outside my window started at 11 pm and went all night and right now in the morning there is in hotel drilling going on. On a plus note the staff is very polite. They did give me a complimentary fruit platter as apology. The bed is magnificent and who doesn't like a fluffy robe. Breakfast buffet was okay. Yes it is modern decor.

This is a modern hotel in UB. Staff is friendly especially in the front desk. Breakfast is great (before it was buffet, and now they will bring it to you as requested, and it takes some time). Internet is reliable and fast. Room was spacious.

Not very liked the cuisine it was more like an northern chinese cuisine. In terms of portion was ok. We ordered deep fried lamb ribs, a lot of fats in there and service were not attentive we had to wait for the service staff to come to take the oreder 10 mins. Overall experience was ok.

This high rise hotel at one end of the city came as quite a surprise. It served us very well. We stayed here for two nights on the way in and out of the country. It's a very comfortable place with large rooms, modern bathroom amenities all very neat and clean. The lobby is welcoming and relaxing with its comfortable sofas, and the staff are very helpful at all times. Wi-Fi services are available. All meals we had here were great. The restaurant staff did their extra bit to cater to those who required all-vegetarian fare and I would recommend their excellent soups and steaks. The breakfast was good with a fair selection of dishes. There are no shopping areas nearby...they are a bit of a walk away, or one can always order a cab.
