This is an excellent ex-Sheraton hotel in the city centre close to all amenities. It can not be faulted except that like many high rise hotels the windows do not and can not be opened, They can get hot and the a/c can't cope. It is everything that you would expect from a 5* hotel in most cities in the...

The hotel from outside looks pretty good but is overshadowed by the Hyatt next door. Check in was fast though we were in a group. The rooms were pretty clean. But there is literally no response from room service even though the reception connects you immediately. We have an empty mini fridge( no problem there) but no safe. Our friends...

We found the hotel, to be reasonable and in a good location, the wifi worked well for us, our room was very good and comfortable bed. others in our group had not so good rooms with carpet burns and smelling of smoke. The floors higher up appeared to be better. Breakfast was average. friendly staff very helpful.

A nice and cosy hotel for a good rest after a long flight and custom clearance. We reached the hotel late at night and went to bed straight away for a fresh brand new day in Uzbekistan. The hotel is in front a huge junction with 10 lanes on all 4 corners! Surprisingly it didn't bother us a bit, we...

You only will be connected with out any data. This is sometime pain 2. The the rooms are very ordinary with out even tea given....

Who would have expected that a visit to a country called Uzbekistan would be such a pleasant experience. This country is a lovely holiday destination and while there one would enjoy this hotels stay. Good service and reasonable food. Very friendly.

Rooms were good. Air conditioning not up to the mark but it is everywhere in Uzbekistan. Breakfast was average but beware the groups from India had inferior breakfast maybe because of some arrangement with the hotel. It was disappointing. Wifi worked in the lobby. Two good shops to buy local stuff. Spice and nuts market is nearby.
