We were welcomed by the most friendly staff members. They were very helpful and helped plan our entire 3 day stay in Istanbul. Highly recommend esp for first timers. Very cosy and private. Location is ideal as it's right in the old city and all famous places like blue mosque, Hagia Sophia are at walking distance. Doesn't not serve lunch...

It was my 1st tim3 in Turkey, I stayed here in March of 2009. As I entered the greeting was warm. I was checked in and escorted to my room. The room was small but it lacked nothing. It was facing the blue mosque with big windows. I fell in love with this place, the atmosphere was positive and relaxing....

Late review...we stayed at the Best Point Hotel for 3 nights in late 2015 and had the Superior room with the balcony facing the Blue Mosque and it was the best. Although the room is small, I think it was the only one with a balcony, which we always prefer. We slept with the doors open every night. The bathroom...

We stayed for four nights in December, when the weather was freezing! Our room had its own hammam, meaning we never had to worry about the cold! The room itself was spacious, with comfy beds and a lovely little courtyard. The breakfast was always delicious and the view from the roof terrace is lovely - the Blue Mosque is truly...

We, a family of four, stayed there for four nights at the annex of this hotel. The place is clean, staff are friendly, and the location is very convenient to everywhere. There are a couple of restaurants and souvenir shops around, and it's very close to Blue Mosque and tram station, which allows you to reach far more attractions.

I was late to drop my review for best point hotel. Not that i forgot, but, I was recalling the sweet memory in Istanbul. Indeed, it was a good time to spend for 4D and 3N in this lovely hotel. If you are travelling to Istanbul as leisure trip or want to stay for several days, this hotel definitely will...

Staying in Sultanahmet

Neighbourhood Profile
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
