The hotel il situated in the best location, walking distance from all attractions and few steps from tram and ferry stop. The staff is nice and friendly. Price is unbeatable. Bad side: it is too dirty, but for you paid it can be passed off

Two friends and I stayed for 3 nights on a football trip. We weren't expecting to spend much time in the hotel so location and price drove our choice. €25 a night for a double room including breakfast is pretty good value, even if everything is pretty basic. But the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the shower...

I spent two nights at the hotel in the middle of November. Decent hotel with good location. Rooms are very small but clean. All I needed just a place to sleep. Stuff is friendy and helpfull. And surprise - free Wi-Fi everywhere. In Marriott Istanbul I had to pay 25 USD per day!

Staying in Sultanahmet

Neighbourhood Profile
Sultanahmet
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
