Thank you for giving us an amazing stay at your hotel. We were made to feel right at home!! The staff are absolutely incredible and happy to help with anything. Also, all the tourist attractions were within walking distance of the hotel. I will definitely be staying at this hotel on my next visit to Istanbul :)

Got this in a last minute.com splurge, so I only had what previous Tripadvisors had noted down. Thought everything was superb, the room was spacious and very, very clean, the wifi was top notch.........(essential these days). The location is snuck out of the way of passing traffic so its quiet enough to sleep with the window and verandah doors open....

The small hotel with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. The hotel is decorated in traditional Turkish style that I really liked. Near the hotel is the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Sultan Ahmet Square, exchange office, travel agency, small markets and stations for big bus (blue and red route).I enjoyed five days in Istanbul and Saba Sultan hotel. I recommend...

The hotel located a corner away from the Blue Mosque, allows you to have a day trip around the Old Town just on foot. The room was tidy, comfortable and quite. The breakfast which was included in to the price was great. Also the hotel benefits from a top floor terrace. Make sure you take your glass of Raki and...

We stayed here for a few nights for a short break. The hotel room was excellent with all of the usual amenities; the staff were all very friendly and the breakfasts were also good. We chose this hotel because the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar were only 5 minutes walk away. Happy to recommend this hotel

I had a room next to the reception, someone would always be on hand to assist me when needed. The staff were always polite and friendly making sure I was comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet of traditional Turkish food made fresh, the cook was always on hand to make an omelette or tell you about the food. The hotel...

We stayed at Saba Sultan just last week, we have reserved 2 rooms ( one for me and my husband and another for a couple of friends). I must say that we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable room, clean, spacious enough, with a small balcony; breakfast was good, many choices. Location was perfect, only 5-10 minutes walk to Hagia...

Staying in Sultanahmet

Neighbourhood Profile
Sultanahmet
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
