Not very good service received. The receptionist was not very helpful. We booked a bus tour and missed it because the guy gave us the wrong time to come down for collection. When we said why didn't you call or knock as we had been dressed and waiting he said we called. I said we told u on our first...

I was there on 16th Nov and really like the hotel and team. Kupeli Palace is located in residential area is a street surrounded by other houses, it is hardly 8-10 minute walk to Sultan Ahmet Mosque, This area is little hilly and when you go to Blue Mosque or to Main road (Ordu Road) you have to go from...

Staff are wonderful. Polite and helpful. They have gone for a French look which is cute! Not far from major attractions Would stay again. When we arrived in the wee hours of the morning we were offered fruit and drinks. The first room had an aircon issue so they moved us first thing in the morning. Breakfast traditional Turkish. Offers...

The location is very convenient. It is within walking distance to many attractions. The room is clean and like many old cities/old buildings, don't expect big rooms. The room is clean and nicely decorated like the photos. My friend and I had 4 luggages and had no problem with the room size and space. The breakfast is nice. Hotel staff...

Unhelpful, uninterested staff, no shuttle, neither spa nor fitness facilities available, mediocre breakfast, noisy, moldy and smelly small rooms in an ok, but not great location. The only good thing was the incredibly reasonable price.

You can hear anything from the room beside, just poor sound proofing. The location is great because it is just few minutes walk to Aya Sofia and the rest of tourist spots and the tram. But at night it's hard to sleep specially if you got to be with neighbors who doesn't sleep at all. They don't post our postcards,...

Everything about this place was off. They made us wait in the lobby for a while, sent us to a room which was not Blue mosque facing like they had claimed and the new room did not have that either. Basically they do not have any great views and it would have been good if they had said that up...

The only positive to this hotel is the staff. When our taxi dropped us off outside the hotel I was afraid to get out as everything thing around the hotel is run down including the hotel itself. It felt like I was staying in a ghetto. It is definitely not a hotel or palace but more like a bed in...
