NIce Staff, excellent location, good breakfast (good not excellent) and clean. The only thing that I didn't like was the size of the room that was too small. Anyway, I advice to stay there, the main points are good, location, breakfast and cleaness. And the food of the roof restaurant is good as well.

Arden Park hotel is ideally located, right in the middle of old city Sultanahmet. It is actually in the middle of everything so you can basically walk to all the tourist attractions like Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome, Bisilica Cistern, Grand Bazar, Sirkeci Station, Top Kapi Palace, Gulhane Station, Galata Bridge, Misri (Spice) Bazar, literally everything worth seeing in...

We were shuffled out of our paid hotel into the inferior one. The room was so small, we had to stack our cases in front of the door in order to move around the room. We even had to move the bed to close the window! I have seen the other reviews here and I cannot imagine anyone being happy...

Staying in Sultanahmet

Neighbourhood Profile
Sultanahmet
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
