Close to Taksim Square, therefore lots to do and eat nearby, at any time of the day. Hotel does offer room service too. Hotel staff was very helpful as well. Shout out to Emre for being a great host. Rooms tend to have some noise come through, mostly people talking, or a motor vehicle whizzing by but not too bad....

A stay at the Comfort Suite Taksim is quite pleasant, except that people in the neighborhood are sometimes quite noisy which makes it difficult to sleep. The hotel or suites itself is clean and beautiful inside, equipped with a kitchenette, stove, cutlery, etc. They do not have a lift and this is quite exhausting climbing stairs especially with luggage. Breakfast...

What this hotel stands out from others in this part of Istanbul closed big garage in the vicinity and opposite the entrance to the hotel. The price of parking is 24 TL per day which amounts to about 8 euros. Not good hotel, but main gripe is the lack of equipment suites dishes and other kitchen accessories. The good side...

I stayed in this hotel for a business trip for 6 nights, the location was convenient was the ICC as it's only a 5 min walk. However I wouldn't stay here again, it was unfortunate but one day the water had gone due to a mains problem and the next the boiler had broken. What was most frustrating was that...

I found this hotel as per standard. Location is good and is at few minutes walking distance to Taksim city center and Istiklal Street. It was homelike environment and the people were very loving and caring. The charges are reasonable. The staff speak good English and are very supportive. I would like to stay again in Comfort Suit whenever I...

Very Clean hotel, welcoming and helpful workers, located about 10 minutes walk from Taksim square which is a very central area in Istanbul. Its a small 4 stories hotel. It doesn't have an elevator. It has very good wifi connection, good air conditioner and the breakfast and other services are also good.

Hotel is in one of the back streets so away from protests, staff have passable english. Was on a 4th floor room and no lifts. One day the key card would not work, so you can imagine what climbing 4 floors twice means. Breakfast 2/10 but maybe that is what is standard in Istanbul. Close to the conference centre which...

Staying in Sisli

Neighbourhood Profile
For much of Istanbul’s history, Sisli and the area just north of Taksim Square were open countryside used mostly as hunting grounds. These days, Sisli and its chic streets are considered the very heart of contemporary Istanbuli life, where an epicenter of fashion and a thriving business district meet to create an expressly “downtown” feel. Though largely a residential neighborhood, luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and upscale shops abound with many of them situated inside or nearby Cevahir Istanbul, the biggest shopping mall in Europe and second biggest urban shopping mall in the world. Shopaholics and fashionistas travel from near and far to browse the area's mix of major global brand items and creations by popular Turkish designers.
