Bosphorus palace review for trip advisor I stayed 7 nights from the end of June to the first few days in July 2016. Service is spectacular. Everyone had a great command of the English language and that great Turkish hospitality in their blood. I felt like I stayed with family. Very polite, friendly, helpful. They even arranged for private sea...

I recently spent 9 nights at the palace, from the moment I walked in every need I had was met. The view, the breakfast, the staff, the room service, the quietness was so exceptional. I felt safe and taken care of I felt like a princess. I would love to stay again!

An absolutely gorgeous hotel, located in a nice area outside of busy Istanbul. Decorated in tradional Ottoman style. Both Cihan and Turput were most helpful. Ideal for a tourist but not so good for a business trip. However, It wouldn't put me off staying there again. My room was beautifully decorated and was well equipped with robes, slippers and toiletries....

My wife had stayed here previously on a business trip, this time we went together to visit Istanbul. This hotel is perhaps the only one that can genuinely claim to be an authentic restoration with original large rooms, high ceilings, showing original Ottoman artifacts such as calligraphy and wall decorations, unlike many fake tasteless so-called restorations. It can also honestly...

We stayed here with my family after a wedding cerenomy for one night. The room was clean and stylish although the bathroom can be renovated. The stuff were extremly helpful, and doing their best to help the guests.

I stayed with my friend at The Beautiful Bosphorus Palace Hotel. I've rate them one of the Top hotels i've stayed at. Hygiene & Cleanliness is Superb. Friendliness if staff is way above expectations, you feel at home and they are family members. They are very generous with the Amenities they give. They bring a new pair of slippers DAILY,...

Standard Room description includes a photo of the Bosphorus view, but there is only one such room! The other one looks into the back garden! Why would anybody want to stay in such a room so near the Bosphorus? Director said Restaurant closed at 22:30! Just incredible!

Really nice and small boutique hotel. Friendly staff, good location, easy reach, close to one of the popular palace, berberbeyi palace, in Istanbul. Also good sceneria. Delicious rich breakfast and dinner if you prefer. I suggest it. Enjoy!

Staying in Uskudar

Neighbourhood Profile
Uskudar
Home to more than half a million residents, Uskudar on the Asian side of the Bosphorus is one of Istanbul’s most densely populated neighbourhoods. Once a Greek colony, later a haven for people from across the Mediterranean and the Middle East, this gateway to Asia has been an active and diverse hub for eons. Still, visitors to Uskudar are often more overcome by its myriad treasures than by its many thousand residents. And with fairytale settings such as the “Maiden’s Tower” as well as grand examples of Ottoman Era architecture, plenty of parks, a gorgeous and lengthy coastline, and some of Turkey’s holiest sites, there’s no end to the sightseeing possibilities. Easily reached from the city’s European shores via a steady network of ferries, time spent in Uskudar reveals a “real life” Istanbul that many who experience find extremely fascinating.
