My friend and I spent 6 days at the hotel. Pleasant room, beds really comfortable including the pillows had to request more but nothing seemed a problem. The housekeeper was excellent, room was cleaned each day and was spotless, yes basic toiletries but so what! They supplied enough shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel again requested more and no problem! She was very pleasant always welcoming us when we came and went.
Room service was excellent! Choice of food excellent! Something for everyone always hot and fresh - we ate in the restaurant a few time fillet steak cooked to perfection medium rare! So I was happy.
Thank you everyone for looking after us following surgery you certainly were excellent with your customer service

I have order food from the room service waiter expected the money change for himself by asking me if i want my change back. Staffs and services is not good at all, the only good thing is the location of the hotel. First day i have charged 1400tl next day they wanted to charge me 2000tl, it was out of order, And disaster

This hotel is NEVER a 5 star ! Our room was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke and there was al smelt of drains throughout the hotel. The mini bar is over priced and snacks were out of date ! The hotel staff just shrugged their shoulders when I complained. The last straw was an evening in the spa when a male staff member entered the changing room whilst I was getting dressed. AVOID at all costs !

There were 2 women they were at the reception, not welcoming at all!
The room was not clean and the shower is clogging the flooded water everywhere...

It is around 10 years that I'm gust of Gonen Hotel, and all the time is good. It is near my job and in the evening I could go out and find, nearly, shops and bars. It is a little far from the city center but you could go there easily

A 4-star hotel in practice 3. A small dungeon room. Shower can not breathe. Hotz.. Good location Delgo. There are much better ones in the area.

Nice hotel in the neighborhood of Yenibosna . Elegant and very spacious lobby , rooms are nice and quiet cleaned .
Breakfast is provided , nothing special .

No toothbrush kit and comb. Big hotel. Europe side location and about 40 mins to Istanbul airport if no traffic jammed.
Breakfast buffet was great and lots of variety.

Do you have connecting rooms? PLay area for children?
I only used the hotel for one night for a layover, did not want to to sleep in the airport, taxi fair was very cheap and fast, hotel has airports shuttle from morning to 10:00pm.

I paid 15 TL from shuttle last week to take a taxi when I couldn't wait for the shuttle.
Also, since the last shuttle leaves the airport at 10:15 PM, if you ask them to come back they ask for 20 Euro. I was with a group, so didn't argue, but taking a cab would have been much cheaper.
