Decent Turkish breakfast on the roof top Friendly staff Room was clean and comfortable. Its ideally located just off the main road. The tram stop is just around the corner. Loved walking around the area - the alley ways and the shops Will stay there again should we go

I'm writing this as we wait to check out and make our way to the airport after 4 fantastic days in Istanbul and, in particular, this wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted by Kamel with apple tea and Turkish Delight we have been looked after superbly by the entire staff. Umut on reception was incredibly...

Beautiful hotel, just around the corner from the Grand Bazaar. I stayed in a Junior Suite during a layover, and I wish I could have stayed for several days. The staff was friendly and gracious, and the breakfast was delightful. The private hamam in the room was a perfect way to relax between flights. I hope to return for a...

The Hotel Niles was just what I needed after hectic stops in Delhi and Nepal. The staff at reception is excellent and they were kind enough to upgrade me because it was the slow season. (I think they took pity on me I looked so tired). The room was big, well-appointed, and very clean. The rooftop breakfast also provides a...

Amazing hotel in Istanbul. I had the opportunity to stay here and basically didn't want to go away. The staff is amazingly friendly and the hotel owner Mr. Deniz is a special person indeed. My room had the best terrace view possible, and Mr. Murat served me the best breakfast ever! This boutique hotel in center Istanbul is a wise...

The staff make you feel welcome from the moment you enter the door, the breakfast was delicious - try the tahini and grape molasses on the local bread yum! All served on the roof top with views over the sea Great location close to the tram and many key sights. The junior suite was a good size and have everything...

From the moment you step inside the reception area, and settle down with an apple tea, the historic building seems to envelope you in a warm welcome. This is further compounded by the heated floors (particularly lovely in the bathroom.) Brilliant locations for trams and buses, or just to walk. All the main sights are within easy reach. The staff...

Utterly charming. Friendly, attentive staff. Beautiful room (heated floors in the bathroom...very lux). Lovely breakfast overlooking the neighbourhood's tiled roofs and out to sea. I'll be staying again the next time I travel through Istanbul.
