The hotel is very close to Taxim square. You can reach in a few minutes to the old city and the Dolma Bactse palace. Near to the metro station. Breakfast was very nice. There are a lot of restaurant near to this hotel. We wanted a room with a balcony , so we smoked a lot!!!

I chose SV Boutique for my business trips to istanbul. The interior design is beautiful. Staff are perfectly wellcoming. Service is good. Especially the neighbourhood is central and safe! Easy to reach almost everywhere from Taksim. And lots of restaurants, night clubs, cafeterias, shoping mall and so on around.

I stayed here for two nights. It is very close to taksim and with a lot of amenities around. The hotel itself is not pretentious, rooms are clean, service is nice and breakfast is basic but sufficient. On the ngative side, heating system was rather noisy.

Stayed for a week. Hotel is close to the conference center, in an area with lots of restaurants. Balcony room high up was large and quiet, great for a late drink outside. Some trouble with the elevators, had to carry suitcases down stairs when checking out.

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighbourhood Profile
Beyoglu
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.
