Very bad, specially the room: a stuffy booth with short & tilt housetop. We hurt our head frequently after getting up from beds. No fascility... no guidance... no nice view Just 2 positive point: 1- tasty breakfast with acceptable variety 2- easy access to taksim & markets We were there 2009, autumn

We were booked into this hotel by our travel agent as we were only staying for less than one night having come off a cruise in the morning but our flight was not due till 6:00a.m. the following morning. We wanted somewhere we could freshen up and have a bit of a sleep. The hotel we were originally booked into had...

I booked for four nights. It was not very impressive, cause the room was small, and the light was insufficient. but the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good, its location was great near to Yenikapi metro station, and tramwa, and also to historical places like Beyazit mosque. Special thanks to its great staff who can speak English either, and they...

We were booked in here as part of a tour and this is not normally something I would book. We were only there for about 8 hours, basically somewhere to lay the head before moving on. I would rate it as suitable for this, if spending an extended period of time there are much better places available. Found the staff...

To be blunt this hotel isn't all that impressive. However it is in the Sultanahmet area of Istanbul. Well... sort of. You see it is more in the area of Aksoray/Laleli and that's not a salubrious part of the inner city. Having said that I found the staff very friendly and up for a laugh and that helps because you'll...

Stayed here for two nights prior to a Tour. This hotel is nothing like the professional pictures, not the room we stayed in anyway. Our door did not close securely, and all furniture and fixtures were very run down/damaged and the room was extremely small. There are other hotels with similar prices in the area, but if you need a...

After arriving and finding a long steep staircase, we arrived at reception, to find no one spoke english. they then wanted to keep our passports (well that was not going to happen). the rooms were small and the bathrooms looked like they needed a massive overhaul. the hotel is in the middle of the garment district and the reception area...

Art Otel is located in SultanAhmet part of Istanbul, which has great connections to basicaly all sites you need to see. Tram station is a 2 min walk from the hotel, and Grand Bazaar is just a 10 min walk away. So, location is good. However, everything else is just straight average. Food is plenty in numbers but not entirely...
