After a long day of sightseeing at Ephesus, and then the Basilica of St. John, we arrived unannounced at the hotel and were warmly greeted by Omer. He promptly seated my family and me in the inner courtyard next to the pool. The hotel grounds are really picturesque and tranquil. After a delicious dinner, we visited with Omer and enjoyed...

Me and my wife stayed at St John's Hotel in March 2017. I seriously could not fault it in anyway. The hotel is beautifully decorated with beautiful comfortable rooms. We chose to eat in the hotel one evening and the food was excellent am reasonably priced. It is worth mentioning the buffet breakfast which was also excellent. The family who...

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and loved the family-run hotel. Be warned that when you first arrive (particularly at night), you be alarmed and think you're in the wrong location as it's located randomly in the middle of a working-class neighborhood, but once you step inside, you'll be delighted. As we checked in, in true Turkish...

A lovely little hotel in a quiet area. The proprietor was really friendly and helpful, he even made us tea when I thought I'd lost my passport. We had a beautiful room overlooking the attractive pool area. The room was not large but was very clean and quite luxurious. The hotel is ideally situated for visiting Ephesus. We'd definitely go...

A family run hotel in the Romany quarter, just a short walk to St John's Basilica and town. The rooms are clean and comfortable and of a decent size. We were offered tea (gratis) whenever we came into the hotel, and it was pleasant to sit at one of the tables around the small pool after a day's sightseeing. The...

This attractive hotel looks a little odd in such a working class neighborhood but don't let this dissuade you from staying here. We found the entire place to be quite charming and the staff to be affable throughout. Unfortunately the shower was not always as hot as I would have liked but few places are perfect. Would definitely stay here...

We, my mother, my son and I, stayed for just one night which was enough. The hotel is an old jail situated in the back streets underneath the castle and feels rather cramped and hemmed in. The first impression we got was one of indifference. We are used to arriving at a hotel of this type and be offered apple...

We were here in the summer of 2013 and it is still as nice now as it was then. I had the same lower level room and it was spotless...Breakfast was plentiful, wide variety, and all fresh fruit. The pool was an oasis on hot evenings; also a wonderful place to meet/chat with those traveling as well. There are more...
