We stopped for drinks on May 22. We sat on the terrace, nice place. We had to call twice to get a waiter, they are very laid back. But service after tat was flawless.
decently priced too. Another wait to get the bill. It was...More
Wonderful location but the bedrooms are very basic. Breakfast is limited with just tinned fruit. For a pilgrim the accommodation is adequate but for the tourist the facilities need improving. Better services for bar and restaurant would be a good place to start.
We stayed here for two nights in January. It was very simple; expect more of a hostel or 2-star hotel by American standards but with standard room configurations. Our room had really hard beds and an amazing shower; my friends' room had super comfy beds...More

Hi, depending on which part of the hotel you are staying - there are lifts and it is wheel chair friendly and the staff are all very helpful. If you are arriving by coach or taxi there is a lift from the ground road level to all floors and reception. Access is easy and the hotel is in a great location in Bethlehem. The staff are all very happy to help with luggage.
Enjoy your stay
