Overall, we had a great week’s holiday – worthy of at least a 4-star rating but why not 5 stars? There were a number of positive aspects to our stay but also, a number of negatives, not all the hotel’s fault I have to say, which adversely affected our enjoyment. Here are the positives: • We stayed half-board and the...

Such a disappointment. Expecting it to be exceptional. Queued to get in the restaurant almost every morning and evening and when finally did get a table it usually hadn't been laid properly and to ask for something found you face to face with sullen members of staff. Usually told to "in a minute"! Frequently no hot water to make a...

This hotel is over 30 years old. Many original dark brown tiles in the lobby. Our so called family room has a door and enterance passage which has the narrowest ENTRY possible. The room has been refurbished cheaply several years ago.bathrooms not bad but the bedding is 2 star standard and of poor quality the rooms are very small. Food...

Me and my partner spent three amazing days in this hotel. The staff is professional and kind. The breakfast is big, diverse and tasty. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in the pool and the overall experience. Thanks!

We were there recently when a conference was being held. Thus, the hotel was packed and busy as we found out there was also a large group of people staying there for a wedding. Just like most hotels in Israel, we did not expect much about the maintenance of any hotels or buildings in general. We booked a standard room,...

This is a repeating stay at Isrotel King Solomon. This time, for a business trip. Check in was swift and uneventful. I was given a room at the 3rd floor, which, along with the 4th floor has its own elevator. There is no view from the room's balcony. the room itself was renovated probably 2-3 years ago, and was in...

Our experience was all too unique. My wife had a rather serious accident at the hotel, but they did not try to shirk their responsibility. They did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible, and have offered generous compensation. Under normal circumstances, make sure to upgrade to one of the king's floors. It gives you free access...

When we arrived at the hotel, we decided as we had come without children to upgrade to the kings floor - this gave us access to the business lounge which had a large selection of snacks both healthy and sweet all day and also enabled us to eat breakfast in a quiet VIP area away from the crowds - perfect!...

We stayed for 4 nights in February 2017. We got an upgrade to the King Solomon's floors which gave access to the business lounge. The food in the hotel was excellent both at breakfast with a huge range of food on offer and within the business lounge for snacks during the day. Only complaint was the noise from the lifts...
