The best part of the hotel is the location. Lots of restaurants nearby, Bahai gardens and good area to walk around. The check in was easy and staff very friendly.
The room was fairly basic and could use renovating. Lots of outside noise during the...More
This is a charming hotel, full of character. Our room was lovely and the bathroom spacious. But we were right at the end of the corridor, next to where the service staff hung out, and boy were they noisy during the day. But it was...More

All the earlier reviews are spot on - it’s a lovely old Templar building, that’s been restored to provide modern comforts without loosing the old charm. There are pictures in the lobby of the founding family and old Haifa.

Only street parking, and it is very limited. When we checked in early on a Tuesday morning we were lucky enough, after driving around for 15 minutes, we found a spot right across the street from the hotel. We did not even got to the car until we left on Friday morning, knowing that if we gave up that spot we would be searching again.

I remember that the bedding was generous and the bed was quite comfortable but there were only two of us and we are of average height. I'm not sure what they would provide for a third person in the room. However, I found the staff very accommodating and friendly. I'm sure that you could work things out if there were to be an issue. It's a very nice boutique hotel. No complaints whatsoever about it.
