Beaitifully decorated hotel built in 1946 in a quiet back street of the Carmel district. Takes a bit of finding but well worth it. Good value for money, plenty of parking, a quiet haven in a noisy city.

A beautiful 1940's renovated European hotel. Has the spirit of the homish family hotels. Rooms are beautiful. Spacious. Very stylish. Staff is warm and helpful. Breakfast could be upgraded. Location is very good. Best for city vacations.

Area is great, service is very friendly and professional, Israeli breakfast is super yummy and rich, the place is quite and very green, yet it's not far and within walking distance from Carmel Center- area with pubs, restaurants and other activities. The view is great. loved it.

Main complaint was the reception desk/hotel management did not tell guests that Tuesday May 10th at 6pm EVERY restaurant would be closed by law because it started the Day of Rememberance . Desk did not know about tours or bus routes to popular locations. Response is they have to do a computer search. This is a 5 star hotel &... More

Small but quaint and lovely. Reminded me of a bed and breakfast. Great staff gave excellent service plus, their recommendations for restaurants were terrific. It was a bit of a challenge to find at first due to the crazy one way streets and city layout. But once we found it, the location was great....most everything was in walking distance or... More

Very competent and responsive reception staff with excellent communication prior to our arrival. Rooms are well appointed, clean and attractive although not large. Hotel is in an excellent location with easy walking to both shopping and restaurants. Independent restaurant in hotel that has a very pretty outdoor patio but does not provide a typical Israeli hotel breakfast. I had perhaps... More

The hotel is a small, intimate hotel close to Haifa University and a main shopping street in Carmel. The location is excellent. The staff are intelligent, responsive and ready to problem solve whenever there are issues with a congenial warmth that makes dealing with them a pleasure. The rooms themselves, while having good beds, have some problems. I was in... More
