Small but quaint and lovely. Reminded me of a bed and breakfast. Great staff gave excellent service plus, their recommendations for restaurants were terrific. It was a bit of a challenge to find at first due to the crazy one way streets and city layout. But once we found it, the location was great....most everything was in walking distance or...

Very competent and responsive reception staff with excellent communication prior to our arrival. Rooms are well appointed, clean and attractive although not large. Hotel is in an excellent location with easy walking to both shopping and restaurants. Independent restaurant in hotel that has a very pretty outdoor patio but does not provide a typical Israeli hotel breakfast. I had perhaps...

The hotel is a small, intimate hotel close to Haifa University and a main shopping street in Carmel. The location is excellent. The staff are intelligent, responsive and ready to problem solve whenever there are issues with a congenial warmth that makes dealing with them a pleasure. The rooms themselves, while having good beds, have some problems. I was in...

Location is convenient in a quiet surrounding on Mt. Carmel , but not in a walking distance from major attractions. The building is about 80 years old and , in my opinion has a nice atmosphere. Rooms are O.K and pleasant but need to be equipped and maitained better For example- our bathroom was smelly, towels were too simple for...

Dear Rami, Thank you for your review. Villa Carmel is located within walking distance of the Carmel Center, Louis Promenade, and upper Bahai gardens. To get to the German Colony and downtown area transport by bus, taxi or private vehicle is needed. As for the other issues you raised, we thank you for mentioning them, and we continue to strive...

Hotel was located in a residential area very convenient to restaurants andvery quit. Room was very luxurious. The staff was super helpful. We needed to find a local synagogue and the staff went out of their way to find a suitable one. The sauna and hot tub on the roof were an extra bonus.

I only got to spend two nights at this hotel, and was there only for sleep, so I can't comment on many things. But it is pretty and clean, in a quiet area, and my room had a comfy bed, and spacious bathroom. Would love to come back and check out what else they have to offer.

Stayed in the hotel for one night by myself. The standard room is not very big, but very pleasant and clean. Great location for a business visit as well, 15 min from Matam where all major hi-tech companies are located. The good restaurant located in the same building, and there are more options within a walking distance. Didn't check the...
