We were 10 couples that stayed at the hotel for the weekend. We enjoyed our stay very much because of the good atmosphere, the kindness of the hotel staff, the convinient and quiet rooms, the good and rich breakfast. the nice design and the great location in the center of the City.
Walked by this place many times in the past, but our first time staying here. Location is simply amazing, on pedestrian mall with numerous popular craft shops and restaurants, and an easy walk to the Old City or the other nearby pedestrian malls and main streets, the Machane Yehuda market, or anywhere else you might want! Lobby and public spaces are beautiful! Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and amazing. Staff was exceptionally helpful. As tourism picks up again and tourists are able to return, I hope management will also have the opportunity to refresh the hotel rooms.
Just perfect. Went to celebrate my mom’s birthday with Al the family (6 adults, 3 kids and one dog). The service and atmosphere was amazing! Beautiful cozy rooms and great lounge. The location is close to everything. The kids had a blast. My dog was also very happy :-)
Location is excellent. Modern, wonderful well designed hotel with many interesting features. Breakfast is a delightful buffet with many choices. Happy hour is LOVELY. Lots of interesting things to eat. Wine and coffee too. This hotel actually has two entrances. One from Yo'el Moshe Solomon (the "front") and one from the "back" which is where the garage entrance is and there is passage towards Shamai Street. The hotel has FOUR levels of underground parking. You drive down to minus one and then with the assistance of hotel staff you drive your car into an ELEVATOR and your car gets taken down to minus 2, 3 or 4. Really interesting if you're amazed by stuff like this! Maneuvering your car is NOT for the faint hearted in the place as the geometry works - but it's tight and amazing. If you're arriving by car or taxi YOU MUST, YOU MUST contact the hotel by phone with the license plate # so they can give you access to the nearby alleyway. They got these license plate readers that REALLY WORK. Rooms are nice. A bit small-ish. This is a boutique hotel. They're adequate. Bathrooms clean, nicely appointed. Hotel is clean, neat, immaculate. Secure feeling. Tareq the day manager does a great job. Kudos to the Atlas Group.…
The location of the Harmony couldn't be any better. It is steps from Zion Square and the Ben Yehuda/King George/Jaffa Road area and an easy walk to the Old City yet it is on a side street away from the traffic noise. It is a small boutique hotel that has a very comfortable and welcoming feel, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The large, open lobby and dining area was comfortable for eating or for relaxing. Upstairs, there is a large lounge/den-like room that has a pool table, couches and tables. Again, another space in which to relax or hang-out with friends. The breakfast buffet is nice, not as large as the larger resort hotels, but certainly enough to choose from (even those who don't particularly like Middle Eastern foods) and replenished fairly quickly. The hotel room was small, but not cramped. I'm not sure we would stay there for an extended period of time, but for a short stay, it was fine. The shower was excellent. The light switches were quirky, but we found that to be throughout the entire country. While this is rated a 4-star hotel, this is perhaps by Israeli ratings, not American. In the US, this would be considered a 3-star hotel. This is a very nice property, the breakfast buffet and small afternoon spread (vegetables, crackers, etc.) are varied and very nice, and the service is friendly and excellent. It is, however, all about location, which is outstanding.…
