One of the most ordinary hotels I have stayed in. Rooms are small if you have 2 medium size cases. Air conditioning apparently set foe winter, even though it was late March, causing it to heat up when the morning sun hit, as well as too hot overnight. Had to open the window to get the room cool. The toilet stopped working the first night, was fixed, then again the second night. Needed to use it desperately, so had to go to the lobby. Tried to alert reception to our problem and finally found a night clerk, who said they could fix it at 7.30am (about an hour before we were checking out!). Offered no other assistance. On the upside, the breakfast was quite good and there was a free happy hour at 5.30 pm (not on the Sabbath) with free wine and food.

Hi Mark_Cathy; The majority of feedback that we receive is consistently positive and because of this, we are very surprised and sorry that your experience was the opposite. It is nice to read that you enjoyed our hotel’s delicious breakfasts with our various offerings for different dietary needs. Our complimentary ‘happy hour’ is very popular. Great that you had the opportunity to enjoy it. The hotel offers multiple room categories, at various sizes and different price ranges. The temperatures during this time of year change not only daily but during the day as well. As in all hotels, we are not able to change AC to heat an back to AC when needed. During the few hours a day when it may get hot we have fans available to put in the rooms. Unfortunately we do not have a plumber available 24 hours a day ( unless there is a major problem). He does arrive at 7:30 AM. We apologize that no other assistance was provided. We will address this internally. Taking nothing away from your feelings, we do hope to welcome you back to one of our Atlas hotels! We stayed here 3 nights with our tour group. It was a very enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast and happy hours were wonderful. Our room was small, but very comfortable. The location is very close to the old city.

It is a phenomenal location. Having stayed before we note that the rooms are in need of a refurb. They look tired. The Aircon was not very strong either. Breakfasts are while not lavish certainly sufficient and service at reception very good. It’s good value for money and cause of its location these issues can be overlooked.

I'm honestly surprised with the high ratings for this hotel. While we only stayed there for one night, I felt it was more like a basic than boutique hotel, and I felt it was way overpriced. The lobby is modern but the rooms are quite outdated and the AC barely worked. The room we stayed in felt like we were in the hull of a ship - no natural light because all the curtains were drawn, for good reason because the view was horrible, but it still felt weird to not even feel comfortable allowing in the smallest bit of natural light. I will say though that it is in a great location, the breakfast was delicious and all the staff were very friendly.

The hotel is wonderfully located, a very easy walk to the Old City and all major sites in Jerusalem. The breakfast and happy hour food and drinks were great, and all of the staff were kind and amazing! The rooms are clean and neat, and the main lobby of the hotel is artfully decorated. My family and I loved our stay, and will stay here again the next time we are in Jerusalem!

Wonderful small hotel in a beautiful neighborhood. Only a 15-20 minute walk to the Western Wall. The staff is absolutely outstanding! They will go out of their way to accommodate. Ask for a deluxe room, it is more than worth it. The standard rooms are older and have not been updated. Nice Israeli breakfast. This hotel is a fantastic value.

Excellent experience beacuse of great lication,although center of town,very quiet in room.loby spacious and elegant and modern design.room has all facilities,coffee machine,small fridge, hair dryer Great matrees,many pilowws on bed, All very very clean.food for breakfast fresh and variated.staff helpfull and give polite and warm feeling. The varanda is on 1 floor with the ally and old houses of the area you feel the old jerusalem vibe .

My wife and I stayed in here in February 2023. We enjoyed it. The hotel is located in a good location and you can easily walk to many main attractions. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean/comfortable. One of the best parts of the hotel is the excellent happy hour. In addition to juice/wine/coffee, there is nice food as well (all complimentary). The hotel is good value.

A group of friends stayed at the Harmony.The staff were excellent and the hotel was great. There is a happy hour between 5pm and 7 pm each night where the hotel gives you free wine. The staff booked our trips and on one day we went very early and they gave us a carry out breakfast. We also used in the lounge and pool table which was great. A great hotel, good staff in a very good location. I would highly recommend staying here

I've stayed here many many times. It never disappoints. The staff are amazing- Always so pleasant and accommodating. The location is perfect and the fact that it is a Boutique hotel makes it very comfortable and welcoming. I 100% recommend the Harmony Hotel in Jerusalem.
