Location is the key. Unlike ALL other hotels, Harmony is situated right in the center of Jerusalem's life: shops, cafes, restaurants, bars - all there. Old City (Jaffa Gate or New Gate) in 15 min relaxed walk. Polite personnel, clean and quiet room (maybe a little bit too simple decor, but it's fine with me), free hors d'oeuvres and drinks...

We came on a cruise that stayed in Ashdod for two days, so we decided to spend the night in Jerusalem. The hotel's location was great! We were within walking distance to the Old City and all transportation. We were there before the conflict in Gaza and it was very peaceful and we felt safe walking back to our hotel...

Located close to the streetcar line on Jaffa Street and 15 minutes by foot to the Jaffa Gate, this well-located hotel is packed with beautiful modern touches and a staff that would do anything for you! I advice it strongly. Located in the heart of modern Jerusalem close to nice restaurants and cafes but in a quiet street. AT the same time it is only 10 mins walk from Jaffa gate. The hotel is small and cosy as opposed to most Jerusalem hotels and for me this is a plus. The people are very kind, helpful...

Wonderful location for touring and walking Jerusalem. The staff was exceptionally helpful on all counts, especially front desk manager, Yasmin. Perfect amenities like a very nice breakfast and evening complimentary cocktail hour helped make up for the smallish rooms. Clean and well kept, this hotel deserves to be among the top value hotels in this city. The little touches make...

Found this hotel through other Trip Advisor members and was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, stylish and modern. The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent and should not be missed. The location was also great as it is walking distance to the Old City, restaurants and shopping. I really enjoyed my stay...

We recently stayed in Jerusalem at the Harmony for three nights. Really liked the facility and staff. The room was clean and neat. The location is outstanding...just a few blocks to the Old City. Brunch was nice. Definitely will return.
