Quite a cosy and modern hotel, rooms are fine and got everything you need. Also the view from the balcony is breathtaking! Location is alright but staff were absolutely lovely and would definitely stay at Commodore purely for this reason! Helped us out a lot to find places, recommended where to go and arranged transport for it. Great value for...

The staff and management here are helpful, polite, accommodating and professional in every way. They are hands on in their approach to serving the guest. Also, their breakfast is a really, really good one. It is the one place I found that serves an excellent, traditional and full Arabic breakfast - with the type of good food I grew up...

Friendly front desk and breakfast staff. Comfy room suitable as base if you are planning on spending your days, out and about. Basic brekkie, enough to keep you going. Close to Mt of Olives. No proper laundry facilities. Hotel located in muslim quarter. Busy, fast traffic. Wifi works best at 3am-5am.

I have come again to the Commodore, as it is the perfect little jewel for my stays in the city. The welcome at the Reception is heartfelt, Leila and the team are wonderful helpers, advisors and ever so imaginative of our needs. Meet the managers Monty and Nader, they are the friendly thinking tank of the whole hotel, you will...

I am not sure about the hotel rating, do not believe it is 4 stars but I understand that criteria or agencies are different across the regions and not the same criteria apply, at least in reality (i.e. 4 stars in Turkey is not as 4 stars in Europe, likely 3 or 2.5 stars in EU). I have visited other...

The service were just gorges, everybody very open and ready to help. We arrived at 2am and we were proposed with a tee and cakes. Next day, lady at reception described us how to find ATM, were to park the car close to Old City, suggested to use a bus as cheaper alternative to parking. The only not perfect thing...

I had a very nice stay in this hotel. Clean, nice breakfast, comfortable, kind people to help you. The only less positive point is the location, not very far from the old city (15min walk) but not really close from the new city as well.

The Hotel is not 4 stars. Definitely not even 3. I would say 2 & 1/2 but there is no half stars here in Trip Advisor. The Bathroom in our room had a shower Cabinet which looked like it has not been scrubbed in a long time. Did not feel comfortable with it. Saturday Morning prayer call echoed to our...
