The staff was warm and helpful, they helped with every need an request. The rooms are specious and well maintained.

True this hotel is on the hospital grounds of Hadassah Hospital.. but that doesn't really make a difference.. it is a hotel for all purposes, separate entrance, lobby, dining hall etc. with a marvelous view, easy bus access to the City of Jerusalem and a place "to come home to" .. friendly, helpful staff, spacious rooms - some with balconies...

I unexpectedly ended up staying at Ein Kerem Hotel for five days this month because of a health issue requiring a family member living in Israel to be at Ein Kerem Hadassah Hospital. A very nice hotel whether you have need for the hospital or not, and a life saver if you do. Only a five minute walk at most...

We stayed here because my husband was being seen at the hospital. The location was perfect for not only visiting the hospital but also seeing the old city. The rooms were acceptable and provided for a much needed rest after a long flight from the states. We enjoyed our stay here and also the mall that was connected. Did not...

Meters away from the entrance to the new building and from the buss station and so nice access to the city. The hotel is divided in 2 parts the one...

We stayed here for 10 days while our 10-year-old son was unexpectedly hospitalized while were on vacation in Israel. It was our 2nd day in Israel and he had a ruptured bowel (from Meckel's diverticulum) and required emergency surgery. How awful is that? The fine people at the Ein Kerem Hotel welcomed us very gently and with comfort. They really...

This newly built hotel was a revelation. While on a whirlwind 3 week trip we had little time to reflect before we arrived. After staying for 5 days in January 2009 it proved to be the most surprising place we stayed at in Israel. Its attached to the Hadassah Hospital at Ein Kerem, around 10 minutes by car or taxi...
