Mamilla Hotel is not the Oberoi, nor the Four Seasons nor Ritz Carlton.... so put a different set of lenses on to adjust to this 5 star...and it is 5 star....really... I promise. The employees (check-in, concierge and wait staff) aren't the "fawning" sort-and maybe even perceived as slightly "cold" or "disinterested"... unsure why- but the place is fantastic if...

Small but beautifully appointed rooms. Edgy bathrooms are fun. The staff are unfailingly friendly. Great breakfast and service. Bar service is very good. Also a very good location. Definitely a place I would stay at again.

Great place to stay! Very nicely appointed. Nice amenities. Restaurants are good although pricey. Rooftop view is a killer. Breakfast is pretty ambitious. And hard to beat location, close to Old City, Mamilla shopping center and a whole bunch of small restaurants and cafes. Street performers galore too.

This is great hotel close to an upscale shopping area and 5 minute walk to the old city. The service is great and the concierge was very helpful. The rooms are spacious and modern - more lighting could be added. Try to get a room away from the elevators as the bar turns to a club on the week ends....

Upon arrival a very confused and weird check in and part of the personnel that could not care more or less. We upgraded the room upon their advice but when arriving a couple of hours later found a completely unprepared room very different from their description and without luggage or beds for kids... Fortunately Omar helped us out with a...

We LOVED the Mamilla. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The breakfast-- mmmm, I wish I could have that breakfast right now! So good! The location is great. It is so close (about a 10 minute walk) to the Kotel and Old City and of course it's just steps from the Mamilla mall. We only ate at one Mamilla restaurant...

The hotel is a modern hotel located just outside the old city. As such, the location is very convenient. It is clean, and well maintained. The breakfast service is excellent and is located in a bright and comfortable (if very large) dining area. Our room was very nice sized, with a sitting area, and decent views. However, I do have...

Hotel itself was very nice but not luxurious. The outside certainly appears luxurious but when comparing to others in same category, definitely doesn't quite meet standards. The rooms were small with a glass partition to separate the massive bathroom. I'd say way too much room taken up for the washroom. The electrical was very strange. The blow dryers are in...

This hotel is not only beautiful but luxurious as well. The location cannot be beat as it is close to the Jaffa Gate, the mall, good restaurants and within walking distance to many places of interest or close to public transportation. The breakfast buffet is bountiful with many options and the food is great. The rooftop is lovely as are...
