This was not our first time in this amazing hotel. This time we celebrated my husband's 60 birthday and we were impressed by the warm hospitality. Together with elegance luxury, extremely comfort room, delicious breakfast, and perfect location, we had a remarkable stay. Looking forward to come again!

We had a lovely getaway this month and were appreciative of and impressed by the overall quality of the hotel, both the physical facilities and especially the staff. Everyone was lovely and accommodating. It’s definitely one of the best hotels in Jerusalem.King David would be proud

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 53rd Anniversary in a special way and we certainly did by staying at the Waldor Jerusalem last week. The ambiance and the service are impeccable and there are beautiful personal touches that are enjoyed ! We want to recognize Roei Smith for making sure that our stay would be memorable! Kudos to him. As Hilton Members we were upgraded on the day of our arrival and we were happy with the reception working at making our stay extra special.

This hotel was lovely. From being greeted to the doorman in a top hat to the food to the pool and spa area we felt pampered. Everyone was professional, welcoming and helpful. We especially enjoyed the food although the service was a bit slow (their signature cocktail is delicious!). The hotel is very conveniently located even with the crazy busy traffic in Jerusalem. We were disappointed that the gym was not open 24hrs and the spa/pool hours could have been more extensive as well. I was particularly impressed because I lost a necklace while I was visiting and was not sure where. I asked the front desk to please let me know if it was turned in. What was impressive is that I went to the spa and pool area later that day to see if it had fallen off there and they had already been notified and asked to look for the necklace so they took my request seriously. We enjoyed a six night stay at the Waldorf-Astoria Jerusalem. The hotel is beautiful throughout with lovely public dpaces, restaurants and bars. The rooms are very well appointed. One man, Muhammad, who tended to us in the bar made us feel so welcome with his friendly and excellent service. He made our stay exceptional!

We had a room booked for Saturday night May 6 but they were unable to fulfil their commitment due to overbooking. We had come all the way from Australia and were exhausted Reception staff were unhelpful and the best they could offer was a 6pm check in. Zero understanding of our situation. This is the Waldorf Astoria in Jerusalem not a 2 star hotel. Beware of Waldorf standards dropping

I have stayed at many luxury international hotels and this the worst The food is generally poor with some exceptions It was nearly impossible to get the phone answered from the room. After multiple attempts I eventually called the number on the website with my cell to get an answer The people tend to be polite and friendly but the service overall is poor Lots of I’m sorry, but no action to improve

I would not recommend this hotel. Had a family emergency needed to check out early. I booked through AMEX platinum travel for 3 nights. Needed to check out one night early as I had a family emergency at home and changed my flight to an earlier time. This hotel is not very understanding and accommodating. Would not refund the night. They do not let you check out early free of charge. Make sure when you book that is the number of nights you will stay. Because no matter what you will be paying for them. Horrible !
