Wonderful location with a wonderful view of the old city. Overall highly recommended with a great Jerusalem atmosphere. Rooms might need a bit redecoration, but considering all the other aspects, it's a true value for the money.

The ancient part of the hotel is beautiful in the style of the Jerusalem old city. The breakfast dining room is great, with fantastic view to the old city. The old city is visible from many rooms, you should ask for a room in the ancient part of the hotel with a view to the old city

Our stay was during Christmas time in 2015, and although in my opinion this was an average hotel, it had the basics to enjoy a relatively comfortable stay. While the rooms were clean, they were a little dated. There was this noise that sounded like a refrigerator in our room, which was a little annoying. Breakfast had a decent amount...

My experience at this hotel was wonderful. First time visit to Jerusalem nice staff but the best was Elliot at the front desk, he paid attention to every little detail and gave great advice to make my stay even more enjoyable. He is the best part of being there. Breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day and the spa was wonderful On the days that...

We stayed at the hotel last weekend, on a deal of 2nd night at 50% off (it’s a deal at several Jerusalem hotels on 4 December weekends this year). At the price we paid I believe we got a very good deal. The Pros: Location – The hotel is very well located. We walked to the City of David (30...

Really nice view and architecture, good location, but dirty rooms and haughty staff. Didn't took the breakfast, but it's really expensive: 120 nis for person, when in most restaurants breakfast for two costs the same 1) hears in the washbasin 2) Dirty lavatory pan 3) wet blanket 4) condom's wrap under the bad

We were sorry to learn that your experience in our hotel was a poor one and that our housekeeping department fell short of our usual standard. Our Israeli breakfast buffet, on the other hand, offers a rich choice of salads, cheeses, fruit, cereals and hot dishes and is regularly praised.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Mt. Zion Hotel on the 6th & 7th of December. Unfortunately it was only for the one night. I read some other TripAdvisor reviews, and although most were very good, I simply don’t understand the criticism of some of the reviewers. I stayed in a Deluxe Room. The room was beautifully furnished...
