My stay at the King David hotel in JEWRUSALEM, Israel was a really surprising treat for me . The hotel has been remodeled a bit since the first time in 1986 when I stayed there as part of a job I had . I MET Mr Abba Eban there in the dining room for breakfast. Margaret Thatcher was giving a...

Probably the best hotel I've ever been. The welcoming was very nice, the food and breakfast delicious and the staff very attentive. The rooms are big and comfortable and very nice amenities. The view is marvelous and is very well located. Unmissable.

The King David is the nicest hotel I have stayed at period. The service is incredible with very large rooms and the history of the place oozes through the walls. It overlooks the Old City of Jerusalem and the gardens and pool are beautifully kept. A stay there is quite expensive but you only live once.

We loved the King David. Excellent location over looking the Old City of Jerusalem. We had a suite overlooking the Old City and it was amazing. The hotel is historic and 'the' place to stay in Jerusalem. Walking distance to the outdoor mall and walking distance (15 mins) to old city. The breakfast buffet is awesome. Great outdoor eating area...

The hotel and grounds are timeless and elegant. Service is impeccable. The wait staff are veterans and the dining room works with almost military precision and attention to detail. And the breakfast buffet is as good as any you will find anywhere. There is a reason why kings and presidents stay only at the King David in Jerusalem. There are...

This hotel has quite an impressive history and reputation. I found it lived up to my expectations is every way. YES, it is very expensive and while I think there are other options if budget is an issue, I was pleased that we chose to stay at The David. Based on what I had read, it is the hotel of...

What an extraordinary 4 days in one of the world's truly great hotels! Our room was excellent with all of the amenities for world travel and a staff that kept checking to see if they could be of service. Next door was the President of the Central African Republic with his flag and body guards just outside our room. The...
