We stayed 5 nights at this hotel after being at the Leonardo Club hotel in Tiberias, 3 nights with our tour group. The hotel was nice and staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the bathroom clean, and bed was comfortable. The dinner buffet was plentiful, but just okay. Breakfast buffet was better - made to order omelets,...

Nice rooms, good service, breakfast is abundant. The hotel is located in the center of the city, a walking distance from the old city and from the First station and mamila plazas. Recommended for medium budget trips.

We stayed as part of a tour group. Rooms were small but ok. Bathroom reasonably clean. Housekeeping was good. Very convenient as a walk round the corner is the supermarket, the markets are 15 min walk and so is the shopping district that leads to the old city. All in very good location. Would stay again

We stayed in the hotel because of a family's bar mitzvah. We also wanted to experience the city with everything it has to offer. The staff really helped us book our tours and find different activities to do in the city for the entire family. They were very accommodating!

I was very tired when I got to the hotel after my flight, and the hotel welcomed me and helped my stay feel as comfortable as possible. The food in the breakfast buffet was very delicious and the staff and service was excellent. I will gladly come back to visit again!

Yes it is a five star hotel, but it is overrated. The staff tries its best but it is overrun by the guests, most of the guest are loud, pushy demanding guests. The rooms are adequate for what u are paying. The Shabbat meals are so over priced and the food is not plentiful or that fantastic. No beverages are...
