A very nice comfortable room on the pool floor. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Enjoyed the bar and lobby restaurant. Staff has been very accommodating. Lobby check-in itself could be larger. Half a mile walk from the old city.

We admit to a bias when it comes to the Dan Panorama Hotel in Jerusalem. We also will tell you that that bias is well earned by the hotel. Recently, we had an amazing Friday night, sabbath meal at the hotel along with some friends. First of all, all of the food was fresh, attractively placed on the buffet tables,...

We spent 9 days at the Dan Panarama, Jerusalem. Hotel appearance 10/10; executive room 10/10, executive lounge 10/10 (fantastic concierge staff in the lounge), roof top swimming pool and sun deck 10/10, location relative to the old city 10/10; front desk staff 10/10. An almost perfect hotel. My only complaint was the breakfast buffet. I can not imagine cooking all...

Jerusalem Dan Panorama is situated at a very nice location. When we checked in, the front desk was busy. The reception staff was efficient but notably short on smiles. Riding the elevator up to our floor, I couldn't help but notice finger prints all over the control panel. Our room was bright and sunny, with high ceiling and lots of...

We can only say good things about our favorite hotel in Jerusalem. We have taken groups there for many years, and the staff/rooms/food have never failed. It is like family to us with special mention to Naim, Bassam, Natalie for their wonderful care, and attention. From the second we step into this hotel, we feel the caring atmosphere. We stay...

Dan Panorama offered nice views of the city. The food and variety of choice was excellent. The front desk staff were very attentive and restaurant staff were very engaging. Although there were times that it was really busy but staff were still in control.

We stayed 4 days in April, in a renovated room. Our room was upscale, spacious, and very clean, same comments for the bathroom. We had an offset seating area, very nice. I call it generic only because of the standard characteristics of a large hotel - impersonal nature of the staff, no dedicated concierge so you are at the mercy...

Our tour group stayed at this hotel on two different occasions during our tour. The first stay was four nights, and again, towards end of tour we stayed here one night. Rooms are really not clean, and I found this both stays. Rooms ( at least the two I had ) were worn and outdated. I bumped into one area...

Recently stayed at Dan Panorama for 4 nights during our tour of Israel. Nice hotel, clean rooms friendly helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was great each morning. Wide variety. Friday night Shabbat buffet dinner was great. From gefilte fish to chopped liver everything was great. They even serve wine and challah to every table.
