My husband and I arrived earlier than our stay started and Oudry was excellent to work with. He accommodated us, and assisted us right away. People are really nice and were very helpful. However, I will say that the hotel didn't have a full size bed but instead two double beds put together. This was very uncomfortable. Had great architectural...

This hotel should only rate 1 star. The only good thing about the hotel is the great location. The hotel itself is drab, dated, dark & dingy. Our room was on the 10th floor & we often had to wait long periods for a lift. There was no concierge to help us with our 4 cases when we arrived or...

I stayed here 4 nights on a tour package with dinner included. There were big groups of tourists from China, Taiwan and Germany putting up here during my stay and sometimes I had to wait 20 minutes for the lift. Due to this, there may not be any available seats in the dining room when the big groups are dining...

disappointed in the standard of the hotel. it was not clean and they did not come and clean when I complained. The dining room is way down the stairs. The furnishings are out dated. the reception area and lobby are very warm. It is well positioned. there is not a lot of noise

Staffed by very friendly people, from the concierge staff to the matronly owner of the hotel who ensured I was looked after and well treated as a single female traveler. The hotel gets a lot of business, particularly tour groups and is very accommodating to needs, i.e. early morning breakfast boxes when tours depart super early. Well located next to...

The hotel is nice, with beautiful design and the location is great. The staff however is terrible! we arrived after a day walk to the hotel at 14:00 just to find out that the hotel chose this hour to clean our floor.. Two hours later we woke up because of the annoying noise of the hoover! The hotel refuse to...

Nice room, very comfortable bed , good breakfast. The hotel is 2 steps to the central bus station so is very convenient if you are planning to visit other cities around without changing hotels (tel aviv is only 50 minutes by bus also the Dead Sea is 50 minutes by bus). In the central bus station there are plenty of...
