Just stayed for 4 nights at this hotel with a group. This hotel was very clean, organized and the staff was excellent. We also ate and there was a variety of foods. Fresh salads, soups, and many other varieties. The staff was always eager to help. We had an enjoyable and thank you Ambassador.

Stayed here together with a colleague for three nights during a business trip to Jerusalem, Ramallah. It's an average hotel, nice and clean room, pleasant staff at reception and restaurant. The breakfast is simple and the breakfast room can be pretty full depending on the number of tourists that stay in the hotel. We had a lunch and a dinner... More

I just returned from Jerusalem and 5 nights at the Ambassador Hotel. My tour package included the hotel and a buffet breakfast and dinner each day. I was in Room 108, which had been recently updated. The bath was marble and travertine and everything was clean and worked properly. There was a thermostat in the room and the temperature was... More

My wife and I stayed 15 nights at the Ambassador hotel in East Jerusalem. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member behind the counter named Angie. She was very courteous , intelligent, and helpful to us all throughout our stay. The food was very good and we enjoyed fresh meals and vegetables all the time. The lentil soup... More

I stay here almost every time I come to Jerusalem, which is often. I've stayed here on business and on vacation with my family and enjoyed it every time. This is a boutique property with about 100 newly renovated rooms. The rooms are quite large for overseas, have beautiful bathrooms with natural stone, and balconies. The lobby is on the... More

Set quite a way from the main attraction (the old city) but quite a nice hotel. Reception staff I couldn't fault. Waiting staff (apart from one nice man), poor. You could wait for ages to get service. At breakfast it was help yourself to coffee as they appeared to be more interested in clearing tables than looking after guests. Rooms... More
