I traveled here with my husband and one year old for board meetings and we had a great time - service is exceptional and the renovated rooms are beautiful. We stayed in the alcove deluxe and it was spacious and the floors were hardwood so you don't get the gross feeling of walking on the carpet. The view of the...

We just returned from a 3 week stay at the David citadel. I can honestly say it is back to the greatness I remember from years ago. Adi has brought it up to its old excellent standard. The service was great, the rooms are almost totally renovated, and the view you get cannot be compared. We were there for the...

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were very nice - wonderful bedding and a large room. From a wonderful Israeli breakfast to drinks and dinner in the restaurant (thank you Fadi and Sari!), we found ourselves never leaving the hotel for our dining needs. The location of the David Citadel couldn't be better. This was the perfect hotel for...

I have been staying at the DC for many years over the succot vacation and have wrote many reviews on tripadvisor on them. The DC Management and team, have really improved in making their guest experience great. The new rooms are very nice, the breakfast is still great and the new chef seems to be better. As always Ata and...

Stayed here 2 years ago. And now again. Rooms are very nice and the staff friendly and helpfull. The dissapointment is with the Food & Beverage provision. Other than a large lounge there is no actual bar. No main restaurant and no meat restaurant other than outdside by the pool which at the end of october is not much fun...

We stayed in a deluxe junior suite. On the positive side, excellent firm mattress, good marble bathroom with separate shower, large terrace overlooking the old part of Jerusalem. Espresso machine in room, complimentary water, and free access to executive lounge. On the negative side, the executive lounge overlooked the car park. Breakfast was disappointing. No-one offered to help with our...

The rooms at this hotel were very modern, clean, and spacious. The view of the old city from the balcony was incredible - great to enjoy a (sneaky take away) bottle of red wine from. Make sure you ask for a room with a view of the old city. The pool was great if you're there the right time of...

I've stayed at the David Citadel 5-6 times. Most recently, I was there in the first week of October. The hotel is clean, quiet, modern and is in a great location. Plenty of food/drink/history within walking distance. Gym is pretty decent. The outdoor pool and pool area are awesome. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Rooms have everything you need in...
