Everyone on the staff especially Shlomo was great. Rooms are older but adequate. Breakfast was very good The only problem is lack of parking although there are lots within a block or two. I would stay there sgsin.

Well located small hotel, with reasonable value for money. Wi-Fi was great, and the place is clean with welcoming staff. However, right outside the hotel is a building space, some large mall is under construction. So between 7 AM - 7 PM there is strong noise... The breakfast is very average, and there is no elevator in the hotel.

If you don't care about sanitary and just want a place to crash from a long day of walking in Jerusalem this is good place for your money. NO LIFT/ELEVATOR. Breakfast is edible enough for you to get going. The only option for people with dairy allergies is bread, jelly, juice and water. The only good thing about this place...

The Palatin Hotel is in the very center of Jerusalem. It is non-pretentious but clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. No elevator and not accessible to people with disabilities. Otherwise the stairs are a great exercise. braekfast is very satisfying.

I stayed at the Hotel Palatin last summer, so my review on the extremely dated rooms maybe redundant as they were revamping the rooms on the lower floors whilst I was there. The hotel is in a central location, around a 10 minute walk to the old city- if that! There is no lift so I wouldn't recommend the hotel...

We stayed at Palatin only for one night, and were satisfied with our time there. Room was clean, comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was satisfying. We are planning to return with a group we will bring from Peru next year. Great location, good value!

The room is fairly simple, but they serve an amazing Israeli style breakfast. The staff there is very kind and helpful. It's centrally located in a very charming area of town, right near the Shuk, near the Old City, and near great shopping.

The Palatin Hotel is small with an interesting history, a great location and friendly helpful staff. If you want all the mod cons of a chain hotel this will not be for you, but if you want something with character in a great location, this is worth considering. A couple f minutes from a Jaffa Central (light rail) or a...

We stayed here only for 1 night, but would like to recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a budget hotel. Their listed prices are high, but you can get better rates fom online booking sites. Room (ours was number 20, on the second floor) was quite simple and looked old and tired. There was some black hair on our...
