This hotel has a good location with good customer service when you ask. They do not go out of their way to ask if there is anything they can do for you. I had to ask for complimentary lounge be stocked with wine every night. Other guests also complained about how they lacked service in a VIP Lounge. I toured every day and was too tired to go out for dinner. Mistake. The Buffet for Breakfast was good, but Dinner was an abomination for what they charged.
"On my behalf and on behalf of my wife I would like to thank you and your team for the cooperation and generous treatment we have received from you. We and our guests really enjoyed the hotel services and you made the best advertisement for yourself... Thanks for a fantastic wedding and a marvelous Shabbos experience, too. - Roni and Rochel" Plus: The hotel provides new chic Nespresso machines in each room, plus coffee and full tea service, and chocolates… a fabulous choice of hotels. Recommend highly!
I stayed for 1 night in October.excellent service, very good and polite stuff. Very nice and comfortable room. Very good location near the Mamilla avenue and the Western Wall. Good breakfast, good dinner. We will definitely be back. Very recommended.
First and Foremost, I work in the industry so please do not take these comments as an angry rant, but rather as an opportunity to improve your service standard. Upon arrival at the Prima Kings, there was no cordial greeting from the staff, there was no confirmation of the details of my stay, rather a form (signature card) shoved across the desk asking me to quickly sign before even completely reading the contents and asking for my green certificate. There is NO PARKING, I would have preferred to at least have an option to pay for a sponsored garage, rather than being simply told there is no parking, try to find something on the street. After running back and forth to and from my car with my family inside informing them of the parking situation, there was never a staff member that offered to assist with luggage or tell me about the property at all. I was then placed in a room that was not what I booked and was located next to a service elevator at the end of the hall. Let's access our clientele when making room selection, a noisy room with a child will only irritate thus child causing him or her to scream and parents to go bonkers and feel embarrassed if their child disturbs someone else. Please think of convenience for the family while weighing the option, most likely as in my case I rarely have the opportunity to travel because like you I am working when others have off. Secondly, offering me a " room upgrade" but labeling it as this is a kid-free floor tells me I am actually unwelcome where you've put me but you'd like to get rid of me in your lobby. I would have loved the opportunity to have been offered meal service before chag or even know about the facilities I was rightly paying for, but sadly that too was never exchanged. Once in our room the safe didn't work we called for assistance, were told that someone would come up but they never matriculated. The staff member who worked on Kippur spent his day on his phone at the front desk without a mask or smoking outside. When we asked for additional body soap I had clearly inconvenienced the worker. Upon exit, my hard key was taken, I was not asked about my stay, or invited to return. The service here is simply atrocious and the product you're offering is not so seriously revamp your standards, I would be happy to provide training.…
I would start with a statement about Jerusalem- there are beautiful boutique hotels, try to book one in advance. This hotel was above average. It has no parking, there was a bad smell in the Lobby area and the dining hall. Our room was 426 and faced the road which was extremely busy and noisy. I couldn't fall asleep . The bed is uncomfortable- they shifted two beds together. But the worse of all - the staff! The service is done with such an indifference, no smiles. It felt as though I was bothering them. One thing is sure - they will never see me again
