I wish TripAdvisor had a rating category for "good" and not just "average" or "very good". I would have given this hotel a "good" rating. I chose this hotel because it is located around the corner from a place we have to be to start a tour at 7:00 A.M. We arrived on Friday afternoon, shortly before the start of...

As always, it was a pleasant stay at the Prima Palace. I like the locating near the center of Jerusalem and many of the religious activities. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I would that the people cleaning the room forgot on a number of occasions to refill the instant coffee bags.

This review is a little overdue as I had meant to post in the summer. I have stayed in this hotel multiple times. Location is perfect for those who want to stay in that part of Jerusalem. Breakfast is superb as well as the courtyard outside where you can leisurely enjoy your meal. However, the most outstanding feature of this...

Where do I begin? the hotel employees have a massive chip on the shoulder and have a could not care less attitude towards the guests. When I came i saw the hotel parking was full so I asked the manager where to park and he told me to wait 45 minute when the shift cases and the employees leave,I then...

The room was clean and breakfast was fantastic. Beds are very narrow and mattresses are lumpy. Atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the staff filled requests promptly. The bathroom was modern and up to date with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

As part of a group returning this January for our third year, once again I was very impressed for the way that the entire hotel staff bent over backward to accommodate each and every one of our needs.
