The hotel is well located, close enough to city center but far enough from the clogged roads. Rooms not so spacy but those facing east , compensate you with the special view of Jerusalem and the Judea desert. Staff is friendly and professionl.

Dear Dimitris71, Thank you for writing this great review of the hotel! I'm happy you like the room and its size as well as the location, the conference coffee breaks and more. I'm sorry if you found the lack of meat (specifically pork) an inconvenience. The hotel, as well and almost every hotel in Israel follows the Kashrut laws. Therefore serving meat and dairy together is not allowed and pork is prohibited altogether. Looking forward to hosting you again soon, Best regards, Yael Zins Revah Guest Relations Manager

It looked like an outdoor pool that was covered with heated tent in winter. I do not remember any hot tubs.

Go to the bottom of the webpage and click under Terms and Conditions. It is there. Otherwise, it might be best to just call. I found the website not very user-friendly, but the hotel people were great.
