Nice and clean Hotel. Parking is a bit tight in the underneath garage and there is no lift from the garage level, unless you have a special key, so you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to the lobby level. Great location!

This hotel is a good location, good service, and clean rooms. The reception area employees were very helpful if anyone within out group had a question. The helped with logistics whether in Jerusalem or whether we had a van or two to pick us up. The breakfasts are also very good! I would stay here again and plan to in...

Nice and polite staff.. Good food, good rooms, relativ clean. Sometimes it was very cold in the lobby and the diningroom. We had to ask before the staff putted the heath on. Anyway, we would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

This is a great bargain hotel. He hotel staff were very accommodating. Yes, the rooms are small, but I don't really spend much time in my room when I visit Jerusalem. The bathrooms could use some updating. They were clean, but some of the tile work looked dingy and dated. The showerhead needed to be replaced. Breakfast was fine. Location...

The hotel was convenient to the old city and a good value. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and the food was very good. Also Shabbat dinner was excellent. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

The Eldan is very clean and comfortable. The rates are reasonable. The staff is friendly. The location is good. Although adequate, the breakfast is mediocre compared to other hotels. Not enough variety from day to day in my opinion. Although they advertise as handicapped friendly, one of our party who uses a wheelchair had to move to another hotel because...

Easy walks to the Western Wall, the Great Synagogue, Ben Yehuda Street, shopping and restaurants. Meals were good quality and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has minimal amenities, but one doesn't spend much time in their hotel when there is so much to do in Jerusalem.

The rooms were nice and cleaning was done daily but most sheets made and towels replaced. Not much more. Internet was slow and breakfast was good. Location was good as a nice walk to Jerusalem. This was just an Ok place to stay.

While not fancy or overly chic, this boutique hotel is well-appointed and located near to Mamila Mall and the Jaffa Gate of the Old City (as well as a slew of car rental places). Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, in-room beverages include instant Turkish coffee (I never knew it existed in 'instant' format). In the evening there...

“It is true that the location is the best but besides that and the breakfast, the hotel does not have much more to offer. The cleaning is terrible. The more important thing in a hotel is the comfort, the bed for two people was not one bed but two beds separated which was very uncomfortable yo sleep with my husband. ”
