The room was smelly, the bathroom was awful and smelled of mildew. The sink would not drain and despite requests it was not fixed. We spent 5 days in a room that was frigid as the heater did not work We had no Wifi in the room most of the time All in all the service was poor. The first...

The hotel is located in probably the best view point of Jerusalem one can ask for. Hotel amenities are simple but very nice and fit. This is an old building and therefore voice cancellation is not optimal. It has 19 rooms with an amazing apartment at the top floor. Two terraces are publicly open and the atmosphere is very calm....

Great location, both old Jerusalem and renovated train station with restaurants nearby. View from terrace towards old Jerusalem wall is perfect. Staff hospitality in top and breakfast included, I will stay there again!

The room was from old times, spacious with air condition and TV and Wi-Fi. The view is fantastic of the old Jerusalem, especially from the balcony. Not a luxury hotel. The breakfast was included and very tasteful.

Lovely location, opposite Mt. Zion and next to the Khan Theatre and the new Ha Tachana tourist site. The Guesthouse is part of the St. Andrews Church of Scotland and all the rooms are modern and renovated. Nice buffet breakfast with machine, making fresh orange juice on the spot. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great views of the Old City...

Accommodation is good but basic, but the location is just the best in Jerusalem, the breakfast is great, and it's an isolated and hidden gem in the center of the city. Prices are moderate relatively to other hotels in the city.

The Scottish Guesthouse in Jerusalem is a better than an average guesthouse but not quite a boutique hotel*. It's perfectly located on a hill facing mount Zion with its magnificent Old City ramparts, walking distance from the quaint Yemin Moshe quarter and the renovated and popular "Tahana" (old train station), and is a an excellent base from where to explore...

Overlooking the old city with stunning views !A very pleasant stay, very clean well maintained! Courteous and helpful staff, in a great location, walking distance from most mayor attractions in Jerusalem with competitive pricing, highly recommended. Do not miss a visit to the rooftop terrace and the beautiful church on the premises !

I was in jerusalem for two weeks visiting an old friend. I wanted to be walking distance from her and after considering some air bnb possibilities, i settled instead on the scottish guest house. I hadn't known about it previously, even though I lived in the city many years ago and have been back to visit. Even though it was...

Simply fabulous place. Quiet, serene, immaculate on all accounts. Food superb. Staff so friendly and helpful. Facilities excellent. The town is quite a mix of old and new. The lake is always fun with many activities to be enjoyed.
