the structure of the hotel could be honestly higher than three stars, but the weak point is the service mostly due to lack of supply of towels in the bathroom and general cleaning of the rooms. Once at the restaurant when I asked for something I needed to the waiters they all said ok I'd come in few minutes but at the end they all disappeared. I'd anyway highlight that I've most appreciated the great help from Mrs. Safa as we had a broken suitcase and she found out a decisive solution. The food of the restaurant is almost appreciable but at the tables you are too much closed to your neighbor. I think that this hotel is normally frequented by many people and groups, so please let add an extra coffee machine in order to avoid long queues

Actually i have been to many hotels all over the world especially Germany my beloved country, for me its good hotel, the food was perfect in the breakfast, everything was served well, just the rooms are a little bit dirty, the staff was amazing and i would like to thank the front desk manager for his incredible help and the receptionist fadi that was on the shift on Friday with the manager, the other day the night receptionist george helped us as much as he could, so we asked him to change the room because it was not cleaned and he did not say no to us, he is amazing .

Our experience over 5 nights is that our room and bathroom were never properly cleaned (smeared windows, stained carpets, dusty, some ants which the hotel treated on request), the beds were never properly made up (sheets just vaguely pulled up!) and the room maintenance was poor (ill fitting furniture, headboard made of chipboard which was disintegrating and broken). Some of our pillowcases also appeared stained. On our 3rd day we returned to the room in the evening to find it not made, no clean towels and no toilet paper. On reporting this we were told we should have put out a ‘please make my room sign’ but none was provided and no such instruction until after our complaint. Major building works immediately adjacent to the hotel with jackhammers from 7am. On the plus side, this is a well positioned and economic hotel. Staff were courteous and helpful and the breakfast buffet was more than adequate.

Came as a group tourist of 104 people. Service at reception was good, food was good but house keeping wasn't good enough. We enjoyed our stay in Jerusalem, went to Bethlehem, Jordan, Capernum, Mount of Olive, Jericho and other beautiful ancient places.
