The Jerusalem Gardens hotel has nice and comfortable rooms. It is a bit worn out and may need a renovation. If you happen to stay at a high floor you will have a very nice view of the city. The free parking of the hotel is overcrowded. There are parking places in the street below for parking fee. The hotel...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time and writing a review of our hotel. As you might imagine, the summer months are generally a very busy time for the tourism industry. The season is also one that sees many events and joyous occasions celebrated in many venues, hotels included. I am sorry to see the situation made you uncomfortable....

Ok, so if you like to remember what it was like to stay in a hotel when you were a teenager and touring Israel with loads of your friends, then you won't have any surprises! However...... Let's start with the positives.....comfortable bed (important), decent breakfast (good way to start the day), and near to the light railway (great location). Next...

The hotel is fine and comfortable, what I appreciated most was the staff's reaction to any query or request, they were immediately attentive and did everything possible to assist. We did have some minor issues when we arrived, they were immediately dealt with to our total satisfaction.

The room was clean and well maintained. All the grounds and lobby were very nice. Breakfast was terrific and rather fun. I thought it was a good value. The staff was friendly, but because we had no problems and no demands, we didn't interact much with the staff.

Our experience was very good. Gabrielle (hope I'm spelling his name right), the fellow at reception in the evening was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The morning fellow, no so much. The breakfast was a little better than the others I have had. The parking is free which is a big plus. Other staff was friendly and courteous. All in...

Jerusalem Gardens is a secret oasis of tourism excellence in a veritable desert of mediocrity. Since it was recently renovated, all appointments, including the bed are newer, and everything is functional. You might think that its far from downtown, but you are on the lightrail line, and a walk to the central bus station. O did I mention the best...

Had a misfortune to stay for a week in a pool-facing room on the second floor. The hotel hosts events (such as bar-mitsvas) in a hall adjacent to the pool, that are accompanied by a loud music, VERY audible in the rooms till very late at night. Requests to address a problem are met with "we will tell them to...

If you plan on staying at Gardens in travel season, your expectations need to be realistic. The hotel is small and the staff is limited. Countless nights we needed something from front desk and no one around. I went with a school trip and had 60 kids traveling with me. As an adult, the bar is limited but the staff...

I recently spent 3 nights at the Jerusalem gardens hotel on a business trip. My hotel room was looking very old with a frayed carpet, chipped furniture and tiles in the bathroom that need replacing.
