Can't imagine a better place for pilgrimage trip to Jerusalem. Though comfortable, ND is not luxurious in the typical sense of the word. It is, however, peaceful and friendly. I wish more hotels in the world were like this one. Buffet dinner was fine for most people. Kitchen for rooftop wine bar/restaurant was compeltely different as was its winelist. Superb...

I have travelled the world for 20 years and stayed at some of the best hotels in the world. I would rate Notre Dame as one of the best. Great location, very friendly and accommodating staff, very good and reasonably priced meals. The building is impressive inside and out. We also stayed at another 5 star hotel while in Jerusalem...

When you first see the exterior of this hotel, you think "Yeow, this is beautiful! Now I understand why the Pope came through in May 2014. If it was good enough for him, it is good enough for me!" And yes, you have great security just outside the Old City New Gate, across from the train lines, where you go...

Don't let the term 'guest house' fool you-- this is a large hotel and looks more like a palace from the outside. It's quite attractive inside as well and quite tastefully designed, clean and modern but still traditional. It has the usual amenities like wi-fi, air conditioning and restaurants. And some unusual ones, such as its own museum gallery, gift...

Notre Dame Center is literally across the street from the New Gate entrance to the Old City of Jerusalem. The hotel is newly updated and rooms are a decent size with adequate storage. Downside: there are no TVs or WiFi in the guest rooms. The WiFi in the common areas is spotty at best. The rooftop bar/restaurant has spectacular views...

Stayed in places inside or just outside the old city of Jerusalem on 8 or so occasions with pilgrim groups. First time here and it was very good indeed. Easy to walk to the holy places of Christianity [as well as those of Judaism and Islam] within the city. Rooms were spacious and comfortable; buffet meals at breakfast and dinner...

On my third trip to Jerusalem, I was able to stay in the very special Notre Dame Guest House. It is right across from New Gate-- and so close to everything! The accommodations are so cheerful and comfortable-- making the visit so much more enjoyable... The good food and good service also added to the enjoyment of the time spent...

Notre Dame stands head and shoulders above other buildings in its position just outside the city walls of old Jerusalem. It is the perfect place to stay. I was leading a Conference of priests and the facilities were perfect for us. The location makes it very easy to get to all the holy sites in Jerusalem, the chapel in the...

The Notre Dame Guest House is perfectly located directly across the street from the New Gate to the Old City in Jerusalem. We found the hotel to be very clean, comfortable and friendly. The dining room offered buffets at breakfast and dinner. Lots of fresh veggies and generally 2-3 types of main course including beef, chicken and fish. The lobby...
