NO NO NO!
Dirty place and bad service! I was there during easter/passover and they gave my room to two strangers and made me sleep on the floor in the hallway like many other because of some "system failure" in their booking system.

George, I do not know. There were some young guys at the counter and they did not seem to me to be management, just young people working there. I believe they were Palestinians, but I am not 100% sure.
