We stayed in the Grand Court for 4 nights. Location is really good; close to the old city, with most sites on walking distance. Rooms were OK and so was the food. However we had much better in other hotels. Checkin experience was fantastic, but other than that the service was relatively mediocre.

We stayed here for a week and were extremely happy with the hotel. It is a short walk of 5-7 minutes from the Damascus Gate which was pretty safe at the time we were there and Gaines access to the old markets and hence to the rest of the sites of the Old City. The hotel facilities are very good:...

Although we were in Jerusalem for the Hebrew passover holiday, there were different Greek salads to choose from. Rooms are big and beds are comfy. Rooms are clean. The location have 3 hotels situated near each other - Olive tree, Leonardo and the Grand Court.

This is a large modern hotel located near the Damascus Gate. It is very popular with tour groups and there are always large tour buses in front of the hotel. It has a big lobby and nice public spaces. The dining room is massive with an extensive breakfast and dinner buffet. Food seemed to be the same everyday. Dining room...

Like a cruise ship on land. Bus loads of tourists and pilgrims passing in and out, huge dining room buffet style. Elevator bank is not centrally located so can be a long walk to your room. Staff is pleasant and responsive. Great location near Damascus Gate, we were able to walk around the old city every day we were day.

This hotel is average, the dinner is exactly the same each night. Average customer service, I guess the location is convenient, but I cannot say that anything stands out, if I have to stay here again, I will but I will not look forward to it.

Just spent five nights at the Grand Court Jerusalem on our recent tour of Israel. By far the best hotel we stayed in, it is very clean, modern, and conveniently located to the old City of Jerusalem. The rooms are very nice, bathrooms clean and modern, they have a great lounge area with bar/coffee/gelato/piano. The dining hall is spectacular, the...
