Our stay at the Grand Court was in connection with a group tour of the Holy Land. This hotel was used by MANY groups. They offered buffet breakfast and dinner. On one night, we were told that they were serving 850 for dinner. Because the hotel catered to groups of many nationalities, they offered a wide variety of food. The...

Location, location! I stayed during Chanukah and it was beautiful with families from all over the world. The buffets were a wonderful welcoming treat after a long day out, Shabbat dinner was awesome and tasty with many sweets and oven baked breads. Next day not so much, it was quite sparse. It's close to Mamila where all the shops are,...

A very pleasant stay. The buffet was good with a ton of yummy desserts. Location is great, a block from public transit and within walking distance to a lot of the sites. Room was clean and the service was also good. It's a decent value when you consider all the variables. Great hotel for tour groups, if you are traveling...

Very good hotel. Came as part of a large tour group & this hotel caters to tourist groups. As a plus, they have a doctor who makes room calls at the property. Need to improve: -ATM didn't take Master Card debit cards -Wish they had more of a wine selection at the bar.

I was with a group of 42 that stayed here five nights, and really enjoyed the hotel. The location is perfect, about a ten minute walk from the Damascus Gate. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food at breakfast and dinner is good and plentiful. There is also a "lobby menu" that one can order from, especially at...

Dear FLDIneyFan, Thank you for taking the time to share with us your experience. We're very pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay at our hotel. Unfortunately we're limited with the Rabanot rules as a kosher Hotel. We're doing our best to keep our hight standards of food also in Shabbat. Heba

I was part of a group traveling in the Holy Land. We stayed at the hotel for five nights. It is one of those hotels that caters to large groups. Not as grand as I thought it would have been. Food is abundant (especially on Friday evening) but then it is really dull on a Saturday evening. I know it's...

We went to Jerusalem on a pilgrimage. We stayed at this hotel. It is about a 20 minute walk from Jaffa Gate. It has good access to the train line. The room was comfortable and quiet. However, I am glad I brought my Clorox wipes as it was not very clean. There was so much grime on top of the...

I was part of a group traveling in the Holy Land. We stayed at the hotel for five nights. It is one of those hotels that caters to large groups. There were 25 buses parked out in front one morning. As a group Hotel, it was overall adequate. The rooms are actually quite nice. The bar however to the different...

The Grand Court Hotel in East Jerusalem is a good place to stay if you don't want to break the budget. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is average and offers a wide range of food. The staff was competent though at times it felt that it was understaffed at the reception. It's practically located within walking...

The location is not so convenient for the people who wants to stay late in the old city. 20mins at least walking distance. The hotel is large but only one entrance. The food is also soso except the desserts. 2 stops to the new city by light train. It's not far away from the hotel.
