When we arrived we were told that the room we had booked and paid for two months earlier had been given to someone who had "problems with their plane". Was forced to go to another hotel. Grand Court staff promised to collect our luggage and put it in our room for the next day. It was then lost and no-one...

We live in Israel. Wonderful hotel for dati guests. We were there for 1st day Succot. Asked for and received a Shabbat key at check in for a returnable deposit, and a fully comprehensible timetable about davenning and meals. We did not feel pressured into racing to the dining room when we left the Bet Knesset, as we do in...

The best thing about the hotel - location, if you want to focus on the Old City. It's an easy walk to the Damascus Gate and all of the wonderful things inside. It's a nice hotel, overall, but I wouldn't say it was exceptional. The room was comfortable, the breakfast good, and the restaurant/bar was fine. My only complaints were...

This is a well located Kosher hotel and it was Yom Kippur and thus we expected the hotel to be busy, chaotic even. What we did not expect was that it would basically shut everything down for a day and a half. No pool, no drinking water, a basic cold breakfast, no internet, nowhere to sit outside. We travelled with...

On the whole a good modern hotel with high quality food. In the course of 4 days the menus varied considerably. The only problem was the large number of group visits which led to occasional delays at dinner and breakfasts. The new tram service is excellent, particularly while it remains free but the hotel could not provide a route plan...

We stayed here for 3 days and Enjoyed our time in Jerusalem. The hotel is well situated to visit the old city. Food in hotel is very good, rooms good BUT air-con very noisy, swimming pool is very small and crowded. Like other hotels i have used in Jerusalem there can be a bit of an issue with the service...

If you just need a plce to crash in, take it, if you want to enjoy a hotel, dont. The hotel is located 2 train stations from the old city, and this is its main advantage. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children and we got this 20mr room which was much too small for us. The...

My husband and I stayed here for one night, along with another couple, during one of the busiest times of the year. I have to say that we were quite impressed, considering we didn't have any high expectations for the hotel. Besides a slightly long wait for check-in, the room itself was clean, pleasant and a good size. A few...

The room was not ready at the time promised by the hotel (3PM) and we had to wait more than hour and a half untill we got it. We were not the only ones and during that time no Appology or any attempt from the management to make our stay in the lobby easier. we asked for Premium room with...
