Every detail of this hotel is excellent. Check in was quick. Excellent location. Delicious breakfast. Sheik Saleh took care of all our needs. Rooms are comfortable. Neat and clean bathrooms. Tea and coffee available all day at reception. I would definitely recommend this hotel

What an amazing hotel, and staff were outstanding, always happy to help and listen to any customer request, right in middle of the old city walking down the small roads of Jerusalem was an amazing experience, roof top restaurant has got the best view ever of Al-Aqsa mosque and Dome of Rock.

For a place that is in the old city itself, with top notch customer service and friendliness, Hashimi Hotel is the place to be. Only a few min stroll to the Aqsa Mosque and Dome of the Rock. Dont think you'll find anywhere closer! The breakfast is great and the cook who also helps out in the Muslim quarter is...

My third visit to Jerusalem, but my first stay inside the Old City. Definitely the right way to experience it. The hotel is located just inside the Damascus Gate. Enter the gate and walk down Beit Habad for 250 meters and you will see the white Hashimi Hotel sign at the entrance (see picture). I have a problem with my...

We booked in hashimi with a family of 11 and had a very pleasant stay. Rooms were abit cramped, but due to the nature of the area it was the closest to the Aqsa compound and was manageable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Tours were booked with Sheikh Saleh from the hotel and spending the 2 days with him really...

I have been to Jerusalem twice and both times stayed at the Hashimi hotel. For me, it is the best hotel in the Old City. The location is perfect; within the muslim quarter amongst the souk and minutes walk from all the major sights. The staff are lovely and in only two visits I have be-friended them and hope to...

Very welcoming staff and the location is excellent. However, the rooms are small, cramped and were freezing cold in December. For a quad room that costs $200 a night, it was overpriced. Guests were also noisy. We had someone looking for their room at 2am and knocking on ALL the doors waking up the whole floor. Breakfast was good.

Location is good, very close to attractions in the Old City. However, the room is very small, bathroom was tiny and had no hair dryer. We stayed as a couple, but our room has two bunker beds in addition to a double bed. The bunker beds are not only useless to us but also take up space. Overall, we found...

Situated in the heart of Jerusalem Old City, all these hotels are relatively old in character. Close to all the religious sites. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Closest gate is Damascus gate, so pack light since you will need to maneuver all your luggage through the windy, cobble stoned, undulating terrain. About 200m from Gate. Reception is a...

Great stay at the Hashimi. Stayed 2 nights. Very friendly, welcoming staff from the reception to the housekeeper and the breakfast chef who makes the best omlettes! Fantastic view on 4th floor. I loved the free tea and coffee in the reception area (we always left a little tip) but that is a great idea! Rooms clean and tidy (no...
