The good:
The space was as unique and stylish as the pictures show. The location was perfect - right at the top of Ben Yehuda street with great shops and food, and an easy walk to the old city and open food markets.

It was nice to have the big space as we were in Jerusalem for about a week, so it made it very comfortable to have a place to hang out especially on the cold/windy day we didn't venture far.

The staff was very friendly and unlike a regular hotel, it felt very personalized as there are only about 10 or 12 suites.

Although I read some negative reviews about finding the hotel and about breakfast, I think they were just grumpy. The hotel is in City Tower which is about as easy to find as I can imagine. The instructions they sent about getting in were a little confusing, but really, you just walk into the lobby and press 21 on the elevator. That's it. Breakfast was available at a chain bagel shop (with so-so bagels), or two other full service restaurants where the food was delicious. On Shabbat, they set up breakfast in one of the empty suites down the hall, ad the selection was great.

The bad:
Only complaint (and this is an important one) are the beds. There are two rooms, but the second room is a fold out couch with a mattress topper on top. It wasn't even worth trying bc I was sure I'd be hunched over in pain in the morning. So my friend and I both shared the master bed. (If I was traveling with another couple and expecting a second bedroom, this would have been a disaster). Unfortunately, even the master bed left something to be desired, so we added the mattress topper from the second bedroom, and made it work.

Overall, great space, and as far as the master bed goes, if you like a firm bed, then you might love it! For the space, the price was affordable. Enjoy!

The secret to a luxury accommodation is not just the furnishings, it is the service. The personal touch and attention to detail sets this wonderful luxury top floor hotel suites above the rest.

Home away from Home. What a wonderful experience. The service is outstanding.

Anas the Housekeeping Manager is a true professional who clearly loves what he does. The suite is stunning with breathtaking views. You can choose the option of having food for Shabbat prepared in the suite kitchen. To come back after a busy day with the smell of Shabbat with everything ready is something very unique to the 24 Floor Suit Hotel.

Yoel the owner and manager is wonderful. Every detail, every request - he and his team took care of.

For anyone not looking to stay at a regular hotel but to have a luxury apartment but with a hotel service experience - I highly recommend coming to stay.

You know when a stay is so wonderful, when you check out and each day you have fond memories and a powerful desire to return.

Outstanding. Thank you very much.

Regards,

Jeremy Weiss

This hotel is in the heart of Jerusalem close to everything like 5 to 10 minutes walk, lots of restaurants and local shops. My room was huge beautiful and clean, Variety of breakfast and the people are so nice and professional..I got there on a Saturday didn't know it was Shabbat, Nadine went above and beyond to accommodate me to make sure my room was ready for me, she's an outstanding employee..Customer service is on point..If you going to be in Jerusalem, 21st floor hotel is the place to stay you won't regret it.As I'm planning to return in April I can't wait to go back there..

I went with my husband for one night (Friday). The the main floor was very dirty. The rooms were dirty (we were initially put in a room with a twin bed and then moved). The walls were so thin we heard every word the couple next door said. The breakfast was stale, minimal (1 small yogurt for 2 people) and inedible (slimy salad and cheese that didn't seem cold). There were no coffee facilities in the room. You have to go to reception to get milk, which had always run out and was not replaced, including on Saturday morning. When we wanted to check out there was no one at reception during the hours they said they were open. Very very disappointing.

Situated near the central King George street, with shops and restaurants around the area.
There are several bus stops adjacent to the hotel and the tram is 350 meters away.
We purchased Rav cards and travelled on the buses on a number of occasions.
The hotel is situated on the top floor of the building and has spectacular views over Jerusalem.
The apartment was comfortable, with a microwave, hot plates, fridge and Netflix. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were spacious, air conditioning on both floors.
Staff were extremely helpful and sent out a bag of washing for us, for a reasonable price of 90NIS.

The size of the unit (2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen) was great for traveling with two teenagers and location was ideal. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
I see other reviewers were unhappy with the breakfast situation because you have to walk to a restaurant but I thought that was a major perk. Instead of mediocre hotel food you get at some places they give you a voucher for a choice of three restaurants and the one we went to was the best breakfast we had our entire 10 day trip. Included in hotel rate!
Although very large and amazing for families (with a great view), the room was not in great condition. Moldy bathroom, torn wallpaper and holes in the wall, broken curtain rod. One AC only blew hot air. Only outlets in the bedroom are for a lamp and tv so we had to unplug those to charge phones. There were dirty dishes still in the kitchen from previous guests. I hope management continues to invest in the maintenance of the units because despite these issues we would definitely stay there again.
We really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

Really enjoyed the visit and the hotel. The booking process was very easy and convenient. All the staff is excellent and very high level of service. The presidential suite was specious, two levels (like all rooms in the hotel), with a large refrigerator (great if you buy ready food at the Mayans Yehuda Market), and all other appliances. The location of the hotel is excellent and the view is unbeatable. The hotel is fully equipped to serve guests who observe Shabbat. There are a lot of guests from abroad in the hotel, especially on Shabbat. They come with high expectation for the level of service and the conditions of the rooms. The fact that the hotel has a high customer satisfaction is only an evidence that they know to provide great service to the most experienced travelers who have high benchmarks. There are several suites that face the Temple Mount. They have some small additional reservation fee but if definitely worth it. Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel and would love to come back.

My first visit to Jerusalem with the family went very well, Most thanks goes to the wonderful hotel we stayed in, 21st floor hotel. Our room was a 2 story 2 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath, full size kitchen fully equipped and a very nice living space not to mention an awesome view of the city of Jerusalem from our room on the 21st floor.
Our room was very clean, all the staff was very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping areas outside the hotel and more importantly we were walking distance to the old city.
I am defnitly staying at this hole, whenever my next trip to Jerusalem will be.

We recently completed a 10 day visit. We stayed in the 21st Floor Hotel. The hotel met all of our needs, it is centrally located just off King George and Ben Yehuda and is walkable (for most) to the Old City & Western Wall.

The suite itself was very good, a small, but full kitchen, ample space in an open living room/dining area, 1 1/2 bathrooms, an excellent shower, and nice sized bedrooms.

Last but not least was the staff, everyone was very nice and very helpful, we were especially impressed with Oz, and Anas was extremely helpful as well.

My family, and I alone, have stayed in this hotel many times. Its location is unparalleled, central to everything a Jerusalem visitor would want. The views of the city are spectacular. The staff is warm and accommodating in every request. We love the room layout where some of us work US hours downstairs while others sleep upstairs. It’s like having a real home at home.

There are four sides to the building atop which the hotel sits. two of the sides offer views to varying degrees of the Old City and beyond while the other two sides offer views of the New city and beyond. When you make reservations, ask for a particular view.
