Glad we switched here for two nights after staying in a different Jerusalem property we also enjoyed. Located close to both the Market for tons of fresh produce and snacks, and the light rail to the Jericho Gate and area dining/shops/attractions. The hotel occupies the top two floors of a largely commercial building, with a 24 hour guard and an office that's staffed from 8am - 8pm. The office agent was exceptionally friendly and helpful, answering questions and offering pens when I commented that liked their feel; he also upgraded us on the spot from the mid-level room I booked (800 SF) to their larger 1000 sq ft room. The great: There's an auto-grind espresso machine avail 24hrs in the hallway for the 14 rooms, each of which is a duplex with a full kitchen and pod- style coffee machine. Never waited more than a moment for an elevator, and there's so much close to the hotel. Rooms are HUGE and have bar soap which I like, in addition to large toiletries and gel that stay in the bathrooms. And of course the friendly, helpful receptionist. The Opportunities: Were told that the HVAC is only heat, which meant we had to open windows when we wanted to cool the space a bit. Seemed odd for a high-rise. Bed was very firm; didn't bother me much but was noticeable and a bit uncomfy for my wife. Also have to turn on the water heater when you want hot water, which seemed to quickly produce endless water for our showers. I'd definitely stay here again esp if traveling w kids, as the size and location are a great value in a city where both are prized and large rooms are often never avail. This provided all the space of a large apt rental without Airbnb's crazy cleaning fees!

Hotel's Favourite
Situated on the city center, in a walkng distance to the Old City, the hotel is on the top of one of the highest buildings in Jerusalem, so the view is fantastic. The rooms are well equiped, including a complete kitchen and fridge, coffe capsule machine. Oz at the front desk and the girls maids done a great service. Yoel, the owner is present and gives support to the team. I will come back soon.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel that I have ever stayed in. It looked like it used to be a nice place when it first opened decades ago however it is unclear when it was remodeled last. Or they last purchased new bedding/towels. From the loose glass panels that were a hazard to a counter that would literally tip over if you leaned on it this place was scary. Shower curtains had so much mold on it, locks didn't work, cracked tiles everywhere, dirty carpet, grey towels, numerous holes in the walls, the list goes on. While it did have a nice view and was close to attractions I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Staff members, Oz and Hadasssah were exceptionally friendly and helpful. When I couldn't get my phone to charge, Oz let me borrow his personal charger until I could buy a new one. Maids were also friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. I was able to walk to almost everything and it was easy to get a cab or bus if I needed to travel further. I never had a problem finding my way back to the hotel and always felt safe. The view from my apartment was amazing. I enjoyed having a glass of wine while looking out the window trying to find landmarks and just watching Jerusalem with all her lights. I can't wait to go back.

We recently completed a 10 day visit. We stayed in the 21st Floor Hotel. The hotel met all of our needs, it is centrally located just off King George and Ben Yehuda and is walkable (for most) to the Old City & Western Wall. The suite itself was very good, a small, but full kitchen, ample space in an open living room/dining area, 1 1/2 bathrooms, an excellent shower, and nice sized bedrooms. Last but not least was the staff, everyone was very nice and very helpful, we were especially impressed with Oz, and Anas was extremely helpful as well. Reuven Epstein

Absolutely loved this Hotel and its team We made a reservation to the hotel after a friend reccomended it. The whole experience was charming and unforgettable and just as he described. The room was large, spacious and clean. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed too. Location - Perfect. Go downstairs and everything is within reach. 5 minutes from Mahane Yehuda market, a few minutes from the light rail. Hotel staff is very professional and super nice and welcoming. Makes you feel that he is always there for you with any question. The thing that will stay with us the most is the amazing view from the room that literally overlooks all of Jerusalem, the kids didn't leave the telescope that we had. There are very few tall towers in the city center so the view is priceless! Highly recommended.

I highly recommend. Staff is awesome! Yoel and Oz are great! Liked · This is a really good find in the middle of almost anything you could want as far as the old city and shopping/food. The hotel is on the top floor of a residential building. Make sure you taxi driver is aware of this and sees the picture of the building. We arrived a bit late our flight was delayed. We finally arrived at the hotel around 2am BUT the taxi driver swore there was not hotel in the building so he rode around asking other folks for about 30 more mins. Finally I just said let us out here and we will just go in and see for ourselves. (The price was fixed so it wasnt a stall technique.) When we get upstairs it is 3am. No one is in the office and that is to be expected in a boutique hotel. I used Whatsapp to call the number on the office door. Yoel the manager answered at 3am. There was some issue where booking.com did not have the reservation loaded. Yoel actually cared enough to remotely show me how to get access to a room that he knew was available. The room was larger than I had reserved and they let us stay there for the duration of our trip. The next day we had scheduled an early tour (Elbow Tours....excellent ask for Eli.) Yoel was patient with us did not rush check in until we got back from the full day tour. Then I met Oz. Oz has a great personality. He is right for hospitality. He genuinely cares about your stay and was helpful to let us know where to find whatever we needed. Oz is one of those people you feel like you instantly want to become friends with. We were scheduled to get on a cruise from Ashdod and needed a covid test. Problem being most of Israel was done testings. Yoel, Oz, and a young lady I forgot her name, they all worked soooo hard to help my wife and I find this test. They called, they searched the web. They honestly gave us a couple hours of valuable time. (We still had trouble finding a test.) But eh major thing is that the team at this hotel CARE about you and your stay. Service matters more to me MOST! Disliked · The hotel has some small things to repair in the room. Nothing major. You will not beat the views so get over the small things!

My family, and I alone, have stayed in this hotel many times. Its location is unparalleled, central to everything a Jerusalem visitor would want. The views of the city are spectacular. The staff is warm and accommodating in every request. We love the room layout where some of us work US hours downstairs while others sleep upstairs. It’s like having a real home at home.
